At Stazzu Rosa, we rent, per week, a cozy apartment in the open country, next to Lake Casteldoria and 15 minutes from the sea.
Apartment has a large room with a double bed and one single bed, a second room with two single beds, a kitchen and a bathroom, equipped with everything and completely furnished in a minimalist and elegant style.
In summertime we rent starting from 4 people. Check in/out: it's better if Saturday :)

Le charme et le calme de la campagne

Séjour agréable, déconnexion totale au milieu de la campagne avec le chant des oiseaux au réveil. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce (hormis la machine à laver qui est chez la propriétaire). L'espace extérieur est à partager avec les voyageurs de l'autre appartement mais cela ne pose aucun problème. Bien situé pour explorer la région.

Schöne ruhige ländliche Ecke in der Nähe zum see, Bauernhöfe/Tiere, Natur pr, gut ls basislager für Ausflüge, Nähe zum Strand mit Auto 25 Min. Westküste.

Stazzu confortevole dotato di tutti i confort

"Siamo stati in questo splendido luogo ci siamo trovati benissimo, io e la mia fammiglia al completo con tre figlie. Il posto è tranquillo immerso nel verde ideale per particare tutti gli sport,dalla bici, alla canoa a tutti gli sport acquatici. L''appartamento confortevole dotato di tutti i confort. Un ampia camera con un bel bagno e una cucina, completo di tutti gli accessori e pulito. All''esterno un''ampia area ombreggiata con arredi per poter mangiare o riposare fa si che si possa godere in pieno lo spazio dentro e fuori casa. Consiglio vivamente una vacanza in questo stazzu gestito da cordialissimi proprietari a persone di qualisiasi età anche con bambini. La vicinanza con il mare permette di poter girare comodamente per le spiagge più belle del nord Sardegna per poi tornare a casa nell''assoluta pace e tranquillità."

Tranquilité

Très chaleureux accueil ! Calme, nature et tranquilité assurés ! Le "stazzu" se situe dans un beau petit hameau, près d'un lac, loin du monde et pourtant accessible aussi bien de Valledoria (une plage) et de Monti Ruiu (une belle petite montagne rouge) ... Nous nous sommes régalés en marchant, en VTT, etc. Le logement est agréable, très bien réflechit, simple mais joli et typique et ne manque de rien ... (sauf d'un petit peu de l'ombre) ... Nous avons passé un très agréable sejour !!!

You can practice many different sports and you are 15-20 minutes far from seaside.

We are also next to the Casteldoria spa with sulfur and curative waters.
