Landes house entirely renovated in 2014. Very comfortable 500 meters from the beach with heated pool, sauna.
Ideally located between the center and the beach on foot, (500 meters on either side) this Landes house is located in a dead end could not be more peaceful, and offers an intimate setting, surrounded by pines. The decoration of very good taste combines large volumes with a very great comfort of equipment and very beautiful volumes.
Swimming pool closed December 1st - April 31st, open on request.

Wonderful time in a lovely home

9 of us stayed at the villa and we were all stunned by the amount of space the place had. We were all comfortable and the place was beautiful. Would definitely recommend this as a great place for groups of friends to have a relaxing holiday or family groups to get away from every day life for a bit. Very close to the beach and supermarket so you'll want for nothing. When the power tripped on our last day it was sorted out in a quick and professional manner. Would stay at this place again!

Perfect house for a family trip

It's not easy to find a place that will accommdate 3 small children, 7 adults and a dog, but this was perfect. The pool was a hit with everyone, we used the plancha almost every night and there was space for everyone to eat together inside or on the terrace. The house is extremely well laid out and has lots of separate spaces, so you never feel like everyone is on top of each other. All in all we had a fantastic time, and the house made a real difference to our time in Capreton - we look forward to coming back soon!

FORMIDABLE !

Nous avons séjourné en tribu ( 12 personnes de 12 à 50 ans ) dans cette villa magnifique durant 3 semaines cet été. Chacun y a trouvé sa place et s'est senti comme dans un cocon . Le quartier est d'une tranquillité absolue bien que proche de la mer (5 mn en vélo) et du centre de Capbreton . Les pistes cyclables permettent de circuler en toute sécurité. Cette villa a été rénovée avec un goût exquis, mêlant confort moderne et authenticité .La terrasse extérieure est un espace de vie du matin au soir où il fait bon se retrouver . Nous avons dormi comme des loirs grâce à une literie de grande qualité .Xavier, notre hôte est charmant ; Vous l'avez compris, nous sommes absolument fans de cette adresse. Et nous reviendrons, c'est certain !
