The villa is situated in a small village, very quiet, surrounded by beautiful beaches, close to Sesimbra. This villa is classified as accommodation and has saltwater pool with a garden nicely decorated. This charming villa has access and is equipped for people with reduced mobility (wheelchair). Easy parking right outside the house. The barbecue area is integrated with the pool terrace, making it a natural and perfect for an amusing barbecue. The interior comprises a charming living / dining room with fireplace, television with cable TV, CD player, DVD player, wifi internet and direct access to the pool area. A spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with double beds and single and two full bathrooms, one with shower and one with a corner bath with easy access. Throughout the interior, mobility wheelchair is total. The doors are wide and there are no steps. This accommodation allows 6 people in total comfort. For 2 more people there is a sofa bed or an extra bed can be provided. Bed linen and towels are already in place, being exchanged for stays longer than 8 days. Half through your stay (more than 8 days), the cleaning of the house, the pool and garden, will be done.

Wonderful host and wonderful place to stay

Gabriel couldn’t have been more helpful before and during our stay. The property was very clean and well appointed and located close to everything you could need ( beach, supermarkets, historic castle, etc). 100% we will stay again because we were made so welcome and were very comfortable. A very well appointed and comfortable accommodation that 3 generations of our family have enjoyed for 3 years running. It's in a great location with all amenities in easy reach. The hosts are gracious, welcoming and organised. And the bountiful welcome basket is always appreciated after the journey. Highly recommended!

Accueil Exceptionnel et Villa de Plain-Pied parfaitement Équipée et Agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison. Le logement était parfaitement conforme à l'annonce et aux photos, et d'une propreté irréprochable. Les propriétaires sont incroyablement chaleureux et nous ont accueillis avec une générosité qui nous a profondément touchés. À notre arrivée, nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir des spécialités locales et des biscuits personnalisés à notre nom, une attention délicate et mémorable. Le niveau de service était exceptionnel, avec des fruits frais et d'autres délicieuses attentions qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Voyageant avec ma mère de 82 ans, nous avons particulièrement apprécié que la maison soit bien adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Les équipements et fournitures sont complets, offrant tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme, avec quelques commerces à proximité. Il est cependant nécessaire de prendre la voiture pour se rendre à la plage (15 minutes environ), où le stationnement peut être difficile, notamment à Sesimbra. Cela dit, la villa est à 40 minutes de Lisbonne, ce qui est un vrai plus. En résumé, cette maison est non seulement très agréable à vivre et parfaitement équipée, mais l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires rend le séjour encore plus mémorable. Casa para disfrutar con amigos y familia en Portugal

Todo ha estado muy bien. La casa está completamente equipada y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones o descanso. La ubicación es muy buena, a poco más de 40 minutos de Lisboa y cerca de las playas y zonas naturales de la región de Setubal. Muy recomendable.

Mil atenciones en un entorno de calma y belleza

La casa nos ha gustado mucho, incluyendo a mi madre de 95 años, con movilidad reducida, que ha encontrado todo lo necesario para sentirse bien. La casa tiene todo lo necesario, está bellamente decorada y sus propietarios cuidan muchos detalles con generosidad, para que el que llega se sienta acogido inmediatamente. El ambiente exterior es de mucha calma y silencio. La amabilidad y simpatía de Gabriel, Fátima y Celia ha sido un signo presente en nuestra estancia. La playa de Sesimbra es excelente y hay mucho que ver por la zona. Guardaremos un excelente recuerdo de estas vacaciones. Y, si podemos, volveremos.

La villa a également tout le confort et l'équipement nécessaire pour qu'on se sente comme chez soi. Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa de Mr.Pinto. Dès notre arrivée,nous avons été merveilleusement accueillis par M.Pinto et sa famille et très touchés par les petites attentions qu'ils avaient préparé (produits locaux,fruits frais,Porto...). La maison est magnifique, parfaitement entretenue avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Piscine sécurisée,parfaite pour les enfants. La maison est proche des plages (Lago de Albufeira et plages océanes à 10 mn en voiture).La région est superbe, Lisbonne à 40mn en voiture, parc naturel de Arabida à côté de Sesimbra). En résumé nous recommandons vivement cette villa et remercions une nouvelle fois M.Pinto et sa famille pour cet excellent séjour.

Amazing place in a beautiful area

What an amazing place this is. We just came back from a 2 week holiday in Almoinha (Sesimbra) as a family of 6 and stayed at Mr Pinto's wonderful house. I have never ever felt more welcome. We arrived late but Mr. Pinto waited anyway. We were welcomed with fresh bread, fruit, meat, drinks, candy and all kinds of local products. The house was huge with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big fully equiped kitchen & very spacious livingroom. We felt very safe in the house. The kids loved the pool. Mr Pinto was very helpfull all the time. The house was super clean and was fully cleaned again at the end of the first week. There was also a lot of info available on activities in the area. When I go back to Portugal I will definitely go back to this awesome house. I highly recommend this beautiful place!!!

It would be hard to get better family accommodation in Portugal. Lovely host's!

Gabriel, Celia and Fatima have provided a superb family home with every need considered. The pool was a real highlight and safely fenced. Sunshade was genius, personalised welcome package amazing, Sesimbra beach is one of the best in Portugal, and just ten minutes away by car, with great food.

Férias Perfeitas

Não conhecíamos esta zona de Portugal e ficamos rendidos á beleza natural da região. A "Casa do Poço" revelou-se uma excelente escolha para o alojamento porque se encontrava próxima de vários pontos turísticos o que permitiu visitarmos toda a região, estando também localizada numa zona muito calma que possibilitou bons e tranquilizantes momentos em família a desfrutar da piscina. Por ultimo importa destacar a simpatia e apoio dos donos da casa que sempre nos fizeram sentir bem-vindos e nos proporcionaram todas as comodidades de que necessitávamos. Muito Obrigado por tudo, as férias foram de facto perfeitas!

Semana surpreendente na Casa do Poço

Passámos uma semana absolutamente surpreendente pela positiva, na Casa do Poço. A recepção foi absolutamente espectacular tendo sido recebidos pelos proprietários com "mimos" dignos de um hotel de 5 estrelas. Foram deixadas sugestões de viagens e passeios afim de conhecermos melhor a região através de "flayers", mapas, sugestões e contactos (incluindo fornecedores de serviços ao domicílio) e também nos foi oferecido um video com imagens dos melhores locais da região, que foram fundamentais para podermos passar uma semana de férias absolutamente inesquecível. Sem duvida nenhuma, uma experiência a repetir. Recomendamos vivamente.

Excelentes férias numa casa fantástica situada numa região bonita

Ficamos surpreendidos com a hospitalidade e simpatia dos proprietários. Logo na chegada fomos recebidos com um excelente "welcome drink" composto por vários produtos regionais de grande qualidade, se seguida mostraram-nos toda a casa e os seus equipamentos. Aconselharam-nos também os pontos da região mais interessantes a visitar, bem como alguns dos melhores restaurantes. Experimentámos de facto acertaram! A casa está muito bem equipada com tudo o que faz falta no dia a dia. Os pormenores não foram esquecidos. Sentimo-nos como se estivéssemos em nossa casa. Sesimbra é uma vila encantadora (pecando ás vezes pela falta de estacionamento) e os seus arredores são muito ricos em beleza natural (Serra da Arrábida, Cabo Espichel, Lagoa de Albufeira, Aldeia do Meco, etc.) passamos dias incríveis e queremos voltar de novo para conhecer melhor esta bonita região de Portugal. Very nice, especially with little children!

We (5 adults and 3 kids under 3 years of age), spent one week in this well equipped and very well kept holiday house. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend the house to friends. We found the house exactly as described on the website. The house was very clean and there were 3 baby cods with blankets, sheets, towels etc.! The owner welcomed us warmly and was very helpful. He replied immediately by e-mail and/or telephone to any questions we had with regard to the booking and during our stay. The baby gate for the swimming pool was fantastic, not a lot of holiday homes provide this! The sitting area outside with the BBQ grill and the extendable sun screen were the best assets of the house. Good location, close to the beach (10 min by car) and good starting point for day trips to Lisbon.
