The house has a beautiful, large covered terrace, which overlooks a wonderful nature in front of the house, free from other buildings, and at the same time garantees an excellent and relaxing stay. Parking is private and covered, outdoor you can use cabins-showers realized in glass,as you can see in the pictures. The BBQ is a very big one, made in masonry, and the garden is always full of flowers and trees.

Quindici giorni di relax a Lotzorai.

L'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato è situato al piano terra di una casa posta sulla strada che da Lotzorai porta a Santa Maria Navarrese; è confotevole, fresco, dotato di un bel terrazzo. Nell'ampio cortile della casa è possibile parcheggiare l'auto, e ci sono alcune docce (calde) molto utili quando si ritorna dalle spiagge. Ma la cosa più importante è la cordialità e la simpatia dei proprietari, che abitano nella stessa palazzina, sempre pronti ad intervenire per qualche possibile inconveniente, a dare indicazioni utili per il soggiorno, o a condividere con gli ospiti un caffè o un mirto.

Da ripetere assolutamente!!

Siamo arrivati con grande anticipo rispetto all’orario del Check in (previsto intorno alle ore 18:00), ma nonostante questo siamo stati accolti dai proprietari alle ore 12 e abbiamo trovato la casa perfettamente pulita e dotata di ogni comfort.i proprietari, la signora Tonina e il signor Mario, sono un valore aggiunto alla vacanza che di per sé è stata stupenda.Da questa posizione si possono raggiungere facilmente molte spiagge bellissime dell’Ogliastra. I proprietari ci hanno deliziato con il loro vino fatto in casa, il loro mirto e l’acquavite offerti durante un caffè preso insieme.inoltre abbiamo potuto assaggiare anche pomodori, mele pere e fichi del loro orto… Tutte queste attenzioni ci hanno portato a scegliere questa metà anche per il prossimo anno! Esperienza più che positiva

Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 persone. La casa è spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort, come anche gli spazi esterni. Pulizia impeccabile in ogni zona. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili per qualunque necessità. Docce esterne comodissime per chi come noi è in tanti. Posizione ideale per visitare tutte le spiagge e dintorni. Tra i 5 e 20 minuti si possono raggiungere le spiagge tra le più belle dei dintorni così come i paesi di montagna. Mi piacerebbe senz'altro tornare. Grazie carissimi Tonina e Mario

Vacanza strepitosa.

Titolari dell appartamento sempre disponibili. Gentilissimi. Appartamento come, se non meglio, la descrizione del sito. Posizione strategica per accedere a tantissime spiagge. Spesso i proprietari ci omaggiavano con prodotti del loro orto compreso uno jogurt di capra spettacolare. Ancora grazie.

TUTTO FANTASTICO

Avendo una famiglia numerosa (6persone in totale) mi trovo ogni anno a cercare una casa che sia adatta alle nostre esigenze. La casa della sig.ra Tonina è la sistemazione più bella e accogliente che abbia mai trovato in vita mia. Casa pulita e arredamento nuovo e funzionale. Un bellissimo terrazzo semi coperto per poter pranzare e cenare all'area aperta e un bellissimo cielo stellato da ammirare ogni serata. Un Ampio giardino con 3 docce dove rinfrescarsi ogni volta tornati dalla spiaggia. Un barbecue a disposizione per le nostre grigliate estive, bellissime spiagge facilmente raggiungibili e una tranquillità rilassante che è indispensabile per chi come me vuole dimenticare la frenesia e la confusione tipica delle grandi città. Ma l'accoglienza e la gentilezza della sig.ra Tonina e di suo marito è qualcosa che non ha prezzo. Se dovessimo tornare in Sardegna sicuramente sapremo dove soggiornare.

I propose you this wonderful house because it offers the maximum in terms of landscape and nature on the sea in Sardinia. And also because nature is still intact here, absolutely free of pollution, the beaches and landscape are fantastic. It takes two kilometers from the port of ARBATAX. The house is located close to many beach resorts, one after the other, at just one or two kilometers of distance between them. This is a vacation that promises peace and relax, you can do excursions by sea if you want to, by boat - it's about mini- cruises on the coast, of about 40 km south of the Gulf of Orosei, this excursion is really spectacular. A holiday here, as well as for the beauty of the environment, is also recommended for the excellent food, because it is the 'birthplace' of the 'Cannonau' wine, a very famous one. Fish is guaranteed fresh from the fishing boats to the tables of the restaurants - meat comes directly from the interior regions of Sardinia and from our mountains, so it's absolutely considered high quality. Finalli we recommend that area and house for the wonderful beauties of the landscape and the mountain environment , because the house, while being located on the sea, it's possible in few minutes, reaching different places in the mountains, at over 800 meters up the coast level, where you can stay between forests, and at the same time you can visit archaeological sites with typical 'nuraghes', if you want to, there are even excellent restaurants there.
