Charming Farmhouse in Yamhill’s Wine Country.

Sweet country setting with room to roam. Enjoy the various varieties of birds while relaxing in one of the rockers on the wrap around porch. Farmhouse space comes with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (Master bedroom on the main floor). The Kitchen is user friendly with two dining areas and comes very well stocked.
The upstairs deck is perfect for enjoying views of various trees throughout the valley. Enjoy hanging out around one of the outdoors seating areas, wildlife is included!
This home is located in the country with less than a mile of gravel road yet close to all the great wineries, wedding venues, parks, pools and golf courses in Carlton, Yamhill, and McMinnville.
Home gives plenty of privacy for its guest while providing a security camera (located in driveway area only). Front door comes with a keyless entry door code.

The Farmhouse is a terrific place!

We had a fabulous trip, staying in the Farmhouse for two nights. All 8 of us took advantage of the hot tub (so clean!), the chimenea fireplace, and the rocking chairs on the porch. The kitchen is SO well appointed. All of us cooked, and this kitchen was easy to work in, filled with all the tools the cooks in our group could expect. All of the bedrooms were clean with comfy beds and sitting areas. Sweet!! What a great time. It is much more modern than the photos show. You won't be sorry.

Delightful and quiet

This is a wonderful place about 15 miles from McMinnville. If you don't mind a bit of a drive, it is a warm, comfortable and quiet place to stay. The home was well stocked with anything you could need. The beds were comfortable and the home was so charming. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and rocking in the rockers on the porch. You won't be disappointed in this property.

Amazing stay at the Farmhouse

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse. Everything was as described on the website. The home felt welcoming and cozy. Our favorite place for relaxing were the rocking chairs on the porch. There were tons of wineries nearby and the cute little town of Yamhill was just down the road. Thank you to the host for sharing there beautiful home with us.

Gorgeous Home

Beautiful home super clean and comfortable for a large family. The property is gorgeous, lots of wildlife to watch, beautiful sunsets relaxing in the jacuzzi. The game room was so much fun as well. We had a relaxing, fun filled stay while attending our daughters wedding. Thank you Mary for making everything so easy and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Great stay, once again

This was our 3rd (or 4th?) stay in the Yamhill Farmhouse and it was even better than before. We had 3 couples and 2 littles and all were extremely comfortable and relaxed during our stay. The addition of the upstairs 1/2 bath was beautifully done and super helpful with littles getting ready for bed. Two of our grown kids worked during remotely in the mornings, via internet service in different parts of the house and furnished garage. The kitchen and outdoor grill, plus large tables and extra chairs, provided a great setup for inviting local friends to join us for dinners. This was a perfect setup for our family and we're sad to see that it will no longer be available later this year. We know that whoever occupies it next will be in for a rare treat! Thank you, Mary for allowing our family to enjoy this place time after time!

A fabulous family reunion with nine of us, from 18 mos to 70 yrs old. Loved every aspect of the place and enjoyed various day trips, too (especially the Lincoln City beach!).

Best place ever for family

This is our second time here and better than ever! Unbelievable game room, hot tub, plenty of room with every amenity you could ever imagine. Things are even labeled to make easy to find! Peaceful outdoor patios/decks/yard with deer, birds. Can’t say enough good stuff about this place or host! And A/C is amazing and so welcome in the summer.❤️

Girl Time!

Amazing Getaway !

All of us wanted to move to the Farmhouse and we are already coordinating our next stay ! Everything was well thought out, they even decorated for fall and christmas :) The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving Dinner and more. The dogs appreciated lots of space to run around and play. The fire pit was well stocked with wood and provided a great space for night time conversations. There are plenty of games and movies for everyone ! If you do choose to leave, the wineries and shopping are not that far away. A fantastic house with everything anyone could want or need. We will be back !

A Great Get Away With Family and Friends

It was a beautiful set up. The house was well arranged for both gathering and privacy when needed. The eight of us came in from 4 different directions, and all of us expressed how hated to leave. A lot to do if you want or nothing at all if that is what you want.

We have a group of nine ladies that graduated together and meet every year for a long weekend. The farmhouse did not feel like rental but more like home. It had everything and more that you would need. So many things that make this house feel personal. Only downfall was the bees that we did not get to enjoy outside, but this is Oregon and they are out this time of year. Hot tub was clean and so comfy. We will be back- thanks

Wonderful home

Our family of 5 and 1 dog enjoyed everything about this home. Our favorite parts: fenced yard for the dog, pool table in garage, hammocks in the woods, the many games in the cupboards. We also loved the setup of bedrooms, 3 very cozy and large bedrooms upstairs for our young adult children, and master on first floor. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked very well with extras we rarely see with other rentals. Fast communication with manager when we forgot items after leaving. There was so much to do, we never even got to the hot tub, maybe next time!

Perfect family getaway!

My family (5 adults, 2 children) met here for a summer family vacation. The farmhouse was perfect for us! Secluded enough for quiet times together, close enough to towns that we could get there when we wanted. Plenty of room, and lots for everyone to do! Special highlights: well-stocked kitchen, hammocks in the woods, s'mores at the fire pit, viewing deer and hummingbirds from the deck!
