Soggiorno nel complesso gradevole se hai spirito di adattamento
Accoglienza e assistenza frettolosissima il marito della signora ha solo chiesto i documenti praticamente mentre scendevamo dalle auto e i soldi per le pulizie ... nessuna spiegazione sulla raccolta differenziata a parte indicarci la chiave ,nessuna indicazione per togliere la neve che e' scesa per 48 ore abbiamo dovuto insistere per farci portare una pala.Appartamento pulito ma panni da letto sporchi abbiamo dovuto farci portare quelli di casa, giropanca con cuscini bucati e inservibili tavolo da pranzo vacillante posate indescrivibili..non abbiamo potuto cucinare il giorno dell' arrivo per la puzza di gas che emanava la bombola scarica...la luce saltava se solo accendevi un phone..che altro dire? Forse di rispettare i clienti che pagano con mesi di anticipo confidando nella serietà e professionalità di agenzie non sempre all' altezza?
