very close to the sea, bright, spacious and completely renovated. it is located on the 6th floor of a building from the 1960s undergoing renovation. in 2020 the lift was replaced with a brand new and larger one. inside it is made up of two large and bright bedrooms, one with a double bed and a French window that opens onto the second balcony which is smaller than that of the living room but overlooking the street and sea view. in the room there are a chest of drawers and a wardrobe with two doors and bedside tables with drawers. the headboard of the bed has a large chest of drawers inside with blankets; then there is the children's bedroom which is really large by today's standards with its double window, bright, facing west and has two single beds with the possibility of opening two more single beds contained in the drawer under the other beds . in the room there is a giant 4-season wardrobe for storing clothes. in the living room with sea view and access to the main balcony with French windows there is a sofa that occupies the whole room with 6 seats which contains a very comfortable double bed inside. there is television. then there is the eat-in kitchen, equipped with an electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher (all integrated) with a four-burner gas stove and a nice table for 6 people that can be opened to accommodate up to 10 people. the bathroom has a nice big shower. to store cleaning items and supplies there is also a closet with a double door wardrobe. on the large balcony it is nice to have lunch on sunny days with a splendid view of the sea. but it is also comfortable to stay in the large, fully equipped and new white kitchen. it is also close to the motorway, shops, restaurants and the port as well as the convenient train station. a few steps away are the historic center, the well-known gut typical of Ligurian towns and above all the sea
