cadre idéale pour des vacances reposantes

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans un cadre très agréable : la maison est idéalement située, des vignes aux alentours et non loin d'une ferme biologique, la vue du jardin sur la campagne Toscane et sur le village de Volterra est superbe. La propriété est entretenue par Maria et Massimo avec grand soin. A ne pas manquer: La visite de la "Cantina" ainsi que des vignes de Massimo qu'il gère avec passion et dont il vous fait profiter ( vins et raisins de son exploitation). Ce sont des propriétaires attentifs, prévenants, toujours à l'écoute et d'une très grande gentillesse. Ils nous ont fait nous sentir comme chez nous. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir un jour plus longuement. Nous recommandons fortement cette maison familiale et chaleureuse. Chrsitelle, Eric et Florian

Fantástica!

Preciosa casa rural en La Sterza. Gran jardín y bonita piscina. Todo limpio y muy cuidado. Máxima tranquilidad. Massimo se encarga de que te sientas como en casa. Amable y muy agradable. Hay tres apartamentos. Uno es una casita independiente perfecto para familias de 2 a 4 personas. Base de operaciones ideal para explorar esa zona de la Toscana. Volterra a 30', San Gimigniano a 40', Pisa y Florencia a 1h y poco más para Lucca. Pontedera a 30' donde puede coger trenes a Pisa o Florencia. Supermercado a 10' y múltiples restaurantes a partir de 5'.

Central, magic place to stay when visiting Tuscany

During our Europe trip we were very lucky to have had the opportunity of staying here for 10 days. We found it to be an excellent location in a quiet countryside setting with a fabulous swimming pool to swim and relax after our days outing to wonderful places that are close by. San Gimignano, Pontedera, don't miss visiting the Vespa Museum here, Volterra, Siena. Florence is only an hour away, we drove to Pontedera and caught the train in for the day. Pisa is only half hour drive away. On one occasion we left the car in Pisa and caught the train to Chinque a Terra for the day. There are so many fantastic places to visit all within a days outing from the excellent accommodation. We preferred to set out early for our new adventure each day arriving home mid afternoon where we then enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful surroundings, making full use of the swimming pool and BBQ. One of our fondest memories of being here is sipping a glass of wine, watching the sun set over the Tuscany hills. A short drive up the hill to Ljatico, birth place of the famous Andrea Bocelli. The village has a small Supermarket, Cafés, Bakery and a Laundromat. Massimo, Maria & Matteo are only a phone call away if needed. Massimo popped in regularly to ensure everything was OK, we found them to be wonderful hosts. We now look forward to our next visit as we know we can stay in our "Home away from Home" surrounded by Tuscany vineyards and farmland....Beautiful. Sue & Greg Australia
