Located in a great area in the heart of the city and next to the most popular areas, this and elegant apartment is the ideal accommodation for those who wish to enjoy their stay in the center of Malaga with the couple, friends or family.

60 square meters, on the third floor of a recently renovated building and 4 people capacity, this one-bedroom apartment is a special accommodation for enjoying our historical city center..

At the entrance, after a hallway as a hall, you will find on your right a fully equipped bathroom and a room on your left with two single beds, a built-in closet and a small balcony overlooking calle La Bolsa, getting a perfect lighting to the living room. Over the bathroom, you will find a single bed which is accessed by a ladder. Already in the living room, you will have a glass table for four people and an American kitchen fully equipped. Also there is a sofa easily becoming a double bed (150x190cm).

Equipment and facilities: Elevator, satellite LED TV with more than 200 international channels, High Speed WiFi Internet, hot and cold air conditioning, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, juicer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of utensils and kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Great location BUT many disappointments

The issue with being in the heart of Malaga, is that it can be loud. Loud as in tourists and restaurants is fine, but loud as in construction every day in the building we were staying in, and loads of night work by the city meant it was difficult to sleep. And we were not warned of these issues in advanced, although they were known. The appartment was as shown, but the description was not accurate. The sofa bed was horrible. The sofa itself was horrible. Things needed repair. We didn't have a kitchen sink plug. When they gave us one, it did not hold the water in the sink. A glass cabinet door in the bathroom was broken, and the glass was dangerous. Two lights were burnt out, a window shutter door was unscrewed, the kitchen chairs were not sturdy, there was minimal pots, pans and dishes. And the mezzanine bed area is quite dangerous.

Apartamento muy bien situado, de buen tamaño, pero necesita mantenimiento

Lo mejor es la ubicación. La atención a la llegada fue buena. Carlos fue una persona atenta y dispuesta a solucionar. El mobiliario en general bien, pero debe revisarse el cierre de armarios, piezas sueltas etc... cosas que se van deteriorando cuando hay mucho uso. No deben hacerse baños tan pequeños para un apartamento espacioso. Si quitan el bidé, ganarían espacio. Los bidés ya no se ponen en las casas modernas. Ocupan mucho espacio y su uso es muy escasito.
