About this property

Comfy and cozy studio of 30 square meters, with a practical decoration that will make you enjoy your stay in our city.

Our studios with capacity for two people have two single beds of 90x190 cm. a full bathroom with amenities for toilet and hairdryer, kitchenette and living room with two comfortable seats and table for two diners from which to watch TV Led 40 "Smart TV .

The apartment is equipped with double air conditioning, heating, free wifi, and full kitchen with washing machine, iron, microwave, hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender and all the necessary utensils to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinners.

It is a special accommodation in the center of the capital of the Costa del Sol. It is located at the entrance of the most exclusive area of the Port of Malaga, called Muelle Uno, just next to Pompidou Museum, and 5 minutes away from La Malagueta beach. Aroudn the neighborhood, you will find many little shops and terraces, and also very close to places of cultural interest, such as Alcazaba, Cathedral or Parque Central.

This properties internet barely worked and when it did it was very weak. The main showerhead was broken and squirted all over the bathroom

The apartment is in a quiet street, but everything is next to it or a very short walk away. The harbour, with all the little shops and smart boats and even cruise ships, is on one side, just around the corner, and the beach, with beach bars etc, is just around the other corner! There are wonderful, friendly places to eat and drink wherever you turn.
