Enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home during the month of April for all festival events. This home is 1740 square feet, and is walking distance to local shops: Walmart, Starbucks, Bank of America and much more. It is also 2 miles away from the famous Polo Grounds, walking distance is about 25 minutes, and it takes exactly 3 MINUTES to get there by car. The home is located next to Indian Palms Country Club. This home is a perfect place to come rest after a day of music and fun. It is very clean and well kept. Renters in the past have rented bikes from local bike shops to get to the festivals only 5-7 minute ride. Three extra air mattresses with sheets provided as well.
