Experience the best of Breckenridge in a newly restored 'gold miner Victorian'. The quaint exterior and mountain modern decor interior make this home unique. Every detail is carefully crafted to blend the historic character with modern luxury. Western art provides a Colorado sense of place. Distinctive architecture, style, art, and decor make this a captivating boutique home.

This home was completely restored in 2015 and updated in 2021. It has all new foundation, electrical, plumbing, insulation, most windows (except five historic), and boiler with in-floor radiant heat. All the finishes, furniture, beds, dishes and linens are new. New and clean kitchen and baths. The home is warm and comfortable.

Location Location Location. In the heart of town on Ridge Street and walkable to dining and shopping. Within a few blocks are a gourmet grocery and great restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs. The Breckenridge Arts District with galleries and classes is also on Ridge Street.

Just 600 yards to the Peak Nine lift, or take the free shuttle that runs about every 20 minutes directly to the Breck Connect Gondola. No need for a car.

The large living room, dining room, and kitchen are a great gathering place for your party. This beautiful space has hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, LED 55" HDTV, elegant furnishings, down filled sectional, and a gourmet kitchen. The vaulted ceiling and wood beams are beautifully lit with LED lighting. The gourmet kitchen features leathered granite countertops and premium appliances.

A lower level family room provides a second gathering place. The family room features a LED 55" HDTV and wet bar. A full bath is off of the family room.

Bedrooms are appointed with premium mattresses and bedding. Sleeps 8 total:

 Primary Bedroom; king bed with private bath

 Second Bedroom; queen bed next to main floor bath

 Bunk Bedroom; a twin bed, full bed, and twin trundle bed sleeps four.

 The lower level Family Room includes a quality sleeper sofa for one.

Great house!
My family stayed over spring break and the house was actually better than the pictures. House was very well stocked with anything you might need and great kitchen and anything you would need to make a nice meal. Great location just 1 block off main st. And right across from nice little market and liquor store very handy! Highly recommend.

My wife, son and our two friends always go to Breck for a Christmas getaway. This year we stumbled on this historic house and we were blown away by not only the location but the thoughtfulness. They had a gate for the stairs to keep our little guy safe and pretty much anything else we needed for our trip. This will be our preferred place moving forward!

Property was as listed. Beautiful house with all amenities and space for 3 couples. Really enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Grocery and liquor store directly across the street and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Hiking trails within walking distance as well.

The historic home is a true Breckenridge gold-miner Victorian. We carefully restored the home working with the Architect, the builder, and the Town of Breckenridge. Beautiful details abound throughout the home. The mountain modern decor and all new interior are a favorite with guests.

Experience Breckenridge's history in a luxuriously restored home. The house has an all new interior including kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and family room. The electrical, in-floor radiant heating, and plumbing are all new. The furniture, appliances, and linens are all new.

The location cannot be beat; one block to Main Street, one block to the Arts District, a gourmet grocery store on the same block. Our guests love the convenience and walkability.
