About Sarah Fain
My mom bought this cabin from the original owner, who was a neighbor and friend, in the '90's. She lovingly refurbished and decorated it. I've spent many happy summers there. I'm a writer, and it's the perfect spot for quiet reflection and work-- while still being an ideal launching pad for a busy day exploring the lake and the woods.
Sarah Fain purchased this Cottage in 1990
What makes this Cottage unique
The bunkhouse makes this cabin even more special. It was built by the original owner of the cabin, with the help of several of the original owners on the road-- including my great-uncle. It's right on the water, and my mom spent many hours making it a unique, comfortable getaway.

Third visit to this charming cabin. It’s perfect for 2 adults w/ bunkhouse for kiddos. All amenities you could need. Clean and cutely decorated. Caretakers right next door if anything needed. We recommend a visit!!
Incredible water access
Loved my stay! Very cute main cabin stocked with everything we needed from kitchen utensils, serving dishes, coffee pot..... My son and I stayed in the bunkhouse; so cute! The door to the bunkhouse is six feet from the lake...hearing the waves at night was so cozy.
Great spot and cabin!
Everything was perfect and as advertised. Thanks Sarah! Looking forward to staying again in the future.
Love this little gem...great location, clean, comfortable and entire lake is accessible regardless of wind direction! AND marina is 1/4 mile away
Beautiful cabin. Love the high ceilings. Sauna was great. No complaints.
