The villa is located just 3 km from Ostuni "the white city", and 10 km from the sea and the position in the hills of the city make it perfect both for those who want to go to the beach (just 10 minutes) or for those who want to spend a vacation dedicates more to relaxation
the villa is in stone with the typical "vaulted ceilings" and has just been renovated. There are 5 beds divided into 3 rooms and a sofa bed in another room for a total of 7 seats, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, sitting room and large dining room, outside there is a barbecue, a wood-burning oven and a bathroom therefore it is also possible to dine outside. there is an alarm system connected directly with private security for other info contact me

Belle maison au calme

Maison atypique au milieu d'une grande propriété avec des oliviers de la vigne des arbres fruitiers.La maison est situé dans la campagne au calme.La jolie ville d'Ostuni est à 10 minutes en voiture.Trés bon accueil du propriétaire qui nous a donné beaucoup de conseils pour la visite de la région.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison dans les environs d'Ostuni, très bien accueillis par Gianfraco qui nous a également très bien conseillé sur la région et rendu disponible pour rendre service. Maison située au milieu des oliviers dans un calme absolu à environ 6km du centre d'Ostuni. Maison très bien entretenue idéale pour 4/5 personnes mais pouvant accueillir 7 personnes. Nous avons aussi pu profiter des excellents légumes cultivés dans son jardin

arredata con buon gusto, spaziosa e confortevole; biancheria abbondante,tutto quanto utile in cucina

Bellissima proprietà con posizione incantevole, immersa fra gli ulivi, viti e pini con disponibilità di un ampio orto. Casale antico ben ristrutturato di charme. Proprietari simpatici, disponibili e molto attenti ad ogni confort. Ampia terrazza sopra al tetto per stendere il bucato e griglia esterna per barbacue. Molto soddisfatti, si consiglia vivamente
