My home is 5 minutes from Orosei, where there are excellent restaurants, pizzerias, bars and above all excellent ice cream shops and super markets.
It is suitable for couples, lone adventurers and families also with children. To anyone who loves nature, being outdoors, the quiet that the countryside offers, to those who want to move from the sea to the mountains. And for those who love trekking there is the top of the above mountain Mt.vista, from which you can admire a breathtaking view over the Gulf of Orosei.

Tolles Feriendomizil

Wunderschönes Feriendomizil etwas ausserhalb von Orosei. Sehr sauber und wunderbar ruhig. Elisa ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Und kümmert sich um Ihre Gäste. Der Garten ist wunderbar begrünt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Super Unterkunft von sehr netten Vermietern

Das Haus nebst Grundstück ist einfach nur ein Traum. Wir waren für 3 Wochen vor Ort und haben keinen Tag bereut. Von den Vermietern sind wir sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Sie haben uns alle möglichen Empfehlungen für Einkäufe u.a. genannt. Und bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit an diese wenden. Im Haus hat man eine große Schale mit Aprikosen und im Kühlschrank Erfrischungen bereit gestellt. Wir durften uns im Garten sämtliches reifes Obst von den Bäumen nehmen. Zu unserer Zeit waren das Feigen und Pflaumen. Neben dem Garten selbst gehört noch eine große Olivenplantage dazu. Das gesamte Grundstück ist umzäunt, so dass unser mitgereister Hund sehr viel Auslauf hatte und das richtig genossen hat. In sämtlichen Nachbargrundstücken gibt es ebenfalls Hunde. Die nahegelegenen Strände sind mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar und das Parken ist meistens kostenlos. In Orosei gibt es alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Wir haben eine hervorragende Metzgerei gefunden, die nur eigenes Fleisch verkauft. Dort gibt es auch Dry Aged Steaks. Ein kleines Fischgeschäft in der Altstadt wird von einem sehr netten Herrn betrieben. Supermärkte gibt es mehr als genug. Das Grundstück ist über eine nicht asphaltierte Straße erreichbar, welche aber gut befahrbar ist. Die Fenster des Hauses sind alle mit Fliegengittern versehen und vergittert, so dass man sämtliche Fenster getrost offen lassen kann. Vielen Dank an Elisa und ihre Eltern für die Gastfreundschaft. Traumurlaub

Die Casa Bellavista liegt in einem Olivenhain und inmitten eines wundervollen Gartens. Die Fenster haben alle Mückengitter und können somit die ganze Nacht offen gelassen werden, wenn es heiß ist. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und viele Pfirsiche geschenkt und der Kühlschrank war schon nett bestückt. Die Strände in der Gegend sind wunderschön, wir konnten uns nie entscheiden, welchen wir nehmen sollen. Wir waren alle sehr glücklich dort und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schönes, gut gepflegtes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten alles in allem einen sehr guten Aufenthalt und die Gastgeber sind äusserst freundlich. Folgende Kritiken sind daher als Verbesserungsvorschläge zu verstehen: - Der Garten ist zwar wunderschön aber sehr stark zugewachsen. Dadurch kann man sich nicht wirklich darin aufhalten. - Für Liegestuhl und Lounge sind keine Kissen vorhanden. Auch gibt es keinen sonnigen Platz, an welchem die Liegestühle aufgestellt werden könnten. - Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr spartanisch.
