Palazzo Iargia is a house 800 ancient seat of the police command.
It is 500 meters from the town square, a charming pedestrian art nouveau place of important musical events (jazz festivals, ethnic festivals, band gathering).

The property has three apartments, yours is CASA BIANCA

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, living room with a single bed a kitchen and a small backyard where you can smoke.
The laundry is located upstairs, you can access it while entering the building from Via La Vecchia (first door around the corner), the laundry is beyond the small iron door under the house stairs. The laundry is a common space, please leave it clean and tidy.

At your arrival you will find a set of towels and bedsheets. Extra room cleanings during the stay are not included in the room rate.

Check-in time is at 14:00 and on. Check-out time is at 10:30. - As a rule the check in starts at 2:00pm but, if it's possible, we can organize for anticipating the schedule. This also applies to the check out that as a rule is at 10:30am but, if it's possible, i can do my best to meet your needs postponing the schedule.

- Please switch off all utilities and take out the garbage before leaving the house.
- Please leave the house the way you found it.
- Smoking inside the house is strongly forbidden.
