inhabit: short stays are proud to offer our grade II listed, 2 bedroom house in the heart of Luton. On the doorstep of fantastic transport links, you can be in central London within 25mins from either of Luton's train stations or be at London Luton airport within a 10min drive.

We provide a home-from-home experience, offering guests all the essentials they need for a short stay inc. towels, a fully equipped kitchen, large screen TV with Netflix, high-speed wireless internet, street parking & a lot more!

Unwind on our L-shaped corner sofa and entertain yourself with a flat-screen TV with Netflix. If you have a group of more than 4, the sofa also converts into a handy double bed with bedding stored within. The large open-plan living room also allows you to take a seat around our round glass table and chairs, perfect for catching up with work or having some quiet time to have a meal with travel companions or family.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, a kettle and toaster, cutlery, china and glassware and utensils. We also provide some of the essentials such as tea bags, coffee, sugar, pasta, rice and cooking oil. Any last-minute laundry needs are also catered for with a washing machine and you can find a clothes horse, iron and ironing board in the living space too.

Take a soak in the upstairs bathroom suite which has the option of a bath or rain shower, we'll even supply the towels for you and your guests in your rooms.

The 2 double bedrooms give you everything you need for a good night's rest with comfy double beds and bed linen provided, bedside cabinets and clothes rails with hangers.

We know that remembering to bring everything doesn't always go to plan so we also provide; USB charging ports throughout the house, a universal travel adaptor and a hairdryer.

To keep the kids entertained and get a good night's rest there are some children's games and a travel cot is available on request.

We hope that there aren't any unfortunate accidents but for your safe of mind there is a first aid kit and fire blanket situated under the kitchen sink. There are also smoke and carbon monoxide alarms fitted in the property.

We provide our guests with a code to access our keyless smart lock prior to their arrival (this code will last 24hrs). Inside the house will be a keycard or fob and these should be used to gain access to the property for the remainder of their stay.

The keycards or fobs must be left in the house when checking out.

A house manual is provided to all guests upon arrival, this will equip you during your stay with regards to the house and local information.

You will be staying in the area known as South Luton, which is within a 5mins walking distance of Luton town centre. Properties in this area are mostly Victorian terraces with on-street parking. As the area is within close proximity to the town centre and its great transport links, the area is mostly made up of commuters and students.

Both of Luton's mainline train stations are within a 10/15mins walking distance. Trains depart regularly to London Kings Cross/St Pancras International Stations and can arrive within under 30mins. Train timetables and other local attraction leaflets are available on the property.

Free on-street parking is available to the front of the property between 6 pm and 8 am, outside of these hours you may park for 2 hours, with no return within 1 hour. Due to the proximity to Luton town centre parking directly outside the property can be busy between 8 am and 6 pm.

There is also an NCP car park within 3 minute walk at a charge of £6.00 for 24hrs, this can be pre-booked online via the NCP website.
