King size beds (2) Master Bedroom has a king bed and the Punee' in the common area is also a Calif. King., Queen size Beds (2) Both Rear bedrooms have queen size beds with beautiful green & white bed spreads, Double Beds (1) This double bed is actually a Futon that can be a couch or pulled out to make a full size bed., 1 single bed in living room. Baby Cribs (2) This crib is a portable 'Pack-N-Play' ready to use in the house or on the road. We also have a standard wood crib available with bumper chair and toddler walker.

- This is an exclusive neighborhood, gatherings ok during the day. Evening events need to be brought inside by 9 and Lanai lights out at 10, sharp.
We are located right in front of Hawaii Kai, just 1 mile from Hanauma Bay, at the tip of Koko Head facing Diamond Head and in the evening we can see the City Lights of Kahala and Honolulu. We are 20 minutes to Waikiki and 30 minutes to Kailua. Located on the South Shore of Oahu.

Golf: There are many golf courses with in 30 minutes and we are happy to make arrangements for you in advance.
Water Sports available from Koko Marina, 1 mile from house, diving, fishing, water skiing, jet skiing and more.

About Edgar Miner
I grew up in Newport Beach/Costa Mesa California, and graduated from Corona del Mar High School in 1966 and served in the Air Force from 1968-72. Then back to school at the University of Calif at Irvine and graduated in 1975. I was a lifeguard in the summers from 1966 to 1979 except for the AF years. I had many sales jobs from selling Armor All Protectant at its introduction to the market to selling DryWall for US Gypsum. In 1981 I became the first Sales Manager of Quiksilver USA as Surf/Sportswear manufacturer and several years later started my own consulting and manufacturing company for other surf companies. By the ninties I was hooked on the interned and turned to consulting for Internet Start-Ups. In 1998 I moved to Hawaii and started my current career, as a Realtor. I still surf and golf on a regular basis and have taken to doing Stand Up Paddling so I can enjoy a totally different water experience. I have the heart of a servant and love helping my guests with whatever they may need.

Aloha! Lynn and I purchased "Hale Hawaii Kai" in June of 2005. I had rented the house since March of 2000. I started the gardening as a renter and immediately upon purchasing the house put the landscaping in HIGH GEAR. We also added a pool and hot tub. I have photos of Lynn on the excavator digging the pool and...she is good! We renovated the entire property inside and out: paint, cabinets, eaves, bathrooms and wardrobes. This property is the LOVE OF MY LIFE, next to Lynn! We enjoy our guests' holidays almost as much as they do. We enjoy taking them surfing, SUP, kayaking and hiking. Anything my guests need is a Priority for Me and I get things done quickly.
What makes this House unique
Besides being a beautiful place to have a wedding or reception, or family reunion this property is ideally located, close to Waikiki but not in the busy downtown area. We have incredible views, warm water, restaurants and activities close at hand. Famous Hanauma Bay is just 3 minutes away. There are beautiful cliffs to climb and great surf just 1 minute from the front door! Walking in the neighborhood you will see some of the most beautiful homes on the island. Most of the houses in this area sell between $ 2,250,000 and $ 5,000,000.
