Large men and disabled beware
The one toilet is the old small circle made for a small woman, and any man cannot use without difficulty to clean himself because it is not the oblong or or the new shape toilets. Also, there is no grab bar to pull yourself up from the toilet and if you’re not over 5 feet10 you cannot reach the door handle to pull yourself up. The shower has no grab bars and needs a vertical as you enter a horizontal under the handle and a vertical on the opposite wall between the indentation and the wall. And the grab bars should be the serrated bars that are non-slip not the cheap, shiny grab bars.
There was missing the controls for two of the TVs in the bedrooms, and there was no instructions on how to use or turn on or off any of the items in the living room.
The door is an automatic locking door so if you turn it in think you have unlocked it and try to open, it will not open you must use two hands to turn the key to the far end, and then push in to open the door. The service though was outstanding because we could not get in and called the number and in about 10 minutes a person showed up to show us how to enter the unit and also how to turn on the TV and use the remotes and found that they were missing remotes in the bedrooms.
The unit needs some maintenance because there was a long rip. in the screen on the porch near the wind tunnel that is open on the floor for others to stand on and taking the view, and as the weather got worse, and the wind became stronger, the rip continued until almost the whole side screen was loose and it needs to be repaired, but was not when we were there
The beautiful view you have of your balcony which is outstanding is misleading because it shows a pool, but if you go down the elevator, you cannot use that pool because it is the neighbors pool and not for this building. The pool you use is at the other end of the A through N buildings. near the tiki bar
