Our unique accommodation on the south side of the city has a surface over 130 m2 and offers you high class accommodation and premium service.

The spacious living and dining area with wide terrace in front, facing south and spreading the best sea view over the sea and islands. On the sunny terrace guests can have a dinner in the open air, but also enjoy in the sun, sea air and scents of the mediterranean.

This ideal place for a family or a group of friends has three large bedrooms, two with a double beds and one with two single beds. There are two supremely decorated bathrooms with walk-in showers and bath tub.

Our service will provide you with all what is necessary to ensure your pleasant holiday; beach towels, coffee and tea.

Split Apartment

This place was so spacious for 4 of us. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a balcony. The location was great for getting around. Would stay here again!

We could or have chosen a better place to stay. Ivana has been responsive all before and during trip. Marta was a delight and the apartment was perfect for the 5 of us! We would absolutely stay here when we return!

Close to Old Town

We enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to the Old Town and take in the stunning Palace. The weather wasn’t the best one morning and we spent a day reading on the balcony watching the boats as the lightning strikes were flashing in the distance. Great place.

Apartment is situated at the best position of the city on the slopes of Marjan, where the famous Croatian sculptor Ivan Mestrovic and the ex Yugoslav president Tito used to live. Pebbly beach with extraordinarily clean sea is only 250 m away from the apartment. Diocletian's Palace and main promenade Riva can be reached by foot in 15 minutes. The property is 500 m from one of the most attractive landmarks of the city new romantic seaside promenade and ACI marina where are settled popular trendy bars and superb selection of restaurants. If you feel like visiting the surroundings, check out Meštrović Gallery and Museum of Croatian Archaeological Monuments, both located 200 m away from the apartment and also Marjan hill with its beaches, forest, jogging trails, climbing and biking terrains
