Casa Belvedere is a Cozy apartment with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea with spectacular views of the whole Ionian coast, surrounded by greenery, 10 minutes from Taormina and just a few minutes from the beautiful sea of the Bay of Taormina
Inside: Located in an excellent position to visit the major attractions of Eastern Sicily, the apartment consists of a double room with private balcony, a bathroom with shower, a bunk bed and a living room with kitchen and sofa bed
Outdoor: There are two private balconies, one with sea view and one with mountain views both furnished with a dining
area. Belvedere house also has a free parking place for one car
CONDITIONS UPON ARRIVAL:
1. All guests have to show their ID or Passport
2. Payment of the security deposit of €50,00 will be required in cash and will be returned at check-out
3. Payment of the tourist tax
4. We accept on request and to agree with the owner just ONE SMALL PET. There will be an extra charge of €30,00 to pay in cash upon arrival. Pets are not allowed in common areas
5. Wifi is a paid service on request
NB: Check in is until 8PM. A late check in is to agree with the owner, it depends on availability and an extra charge is applied.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung in Traumlage
Wir haben uns in dieser sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Supersauber, gemütlich, sehr bequemes Bett, alles durchdacht gestaltet und sehr nette Vermieter. Vielen Dank Elio und Enza für die tollen Tipps und den lieben Empfang. Die Lage in einer ausgesprochen schönen Anlage mit wunderschönem, gepflegtem Palmengarten, die Traumaussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer ist perfekt. Man kann ausspannen und dennoch im nahe gelegenenen Taormina Sizilien at its best erleben. Mit allem Drum und Dran. Nach Trubel dann einzutauchen in diese Idylle mit den von Spatzen bevölkerten uralten Bäumen direkt unterm grosszügigen Balkon war herrlich. Und das schattige Plätzchen auf dem anderen Balkon, ebenfalls mit Blick ins Grüne und zu den Felsen hinter der Anlage, bot den idealen Ort zum Frühstücken. Wir kommen wieder. Ein sehr schöner Ort für einen wundervollen Urlaub. It was wonderful Elio and Enza. Thank You for that unforgetable week at Your dreamplace. We loved it and we will come again.
