Sea view apartment located on ground floor of a small residence with secure parking, an entrance, a corridor leading to a separate toilet (with washing machine) and a bathroom (with bath), large living room ( 34m2) with fitted kitchen (fridge, stove, dishwasher etc), large bedroom (14m2).

The living room and bedroom provide direct access to the terrace of 7m2 with a nice garden and two deckchairs

Access to the beach is from the terrace by the gardens, no roads to cross: ideal for kids! Area close games, 5mn shops, bars and restaurants nearby beach

The apartment is equipped with a TV, the spacious room will accommodate a folding cot, freely available, it is composed of a sleeping 160 (new bedding and quality) and a sofabed. The living room has a sofa bed sleeping two people.

Parfait !

Appartement super bien situé ! Accueil de Nadine au top ! C est très agréable d avoir un interlocuteur comme elle très disponible. Rien à redire...confort, équipement, propreté, place de parking...juste la salle de bain et la baignoire moins pratique et à rénover.... C est un appartement que nous conseillerons.

Vacances au bord de l'eau.

Appartement très agréable, pour ainsi dire les pieds dans l'eau. L'hôtesse d'accueil est très conviviale et très réactive, si petit problème à régler. Les propriétaires sont charmants et à l'écoute. Séjour à réserver absolument.

Séjour Palavas

Appartement très bien placé, les pieds dans l'eau, à 30 m de la mer, sans route à traverser. Calme. Proche du centre ville, 15 à 20 minutes à pieds par le bord de mer. Très recommandable
