Weekend reunion with friends
Plenty of space for 11 adult friends to meet. We really enjoyed playing boardgames on the big dining table with fireplace in the background. Living room was very spacious too. We were able to cook meals easily for everyone as the kitchen is large. Some of the bathrooms were a bit aged, but it did not bother us personally. Nice pub in nearby village (12min walk). Sleaford itself also has lots of trendy pubs and cafes. Thank you for a lovely stay!

My husband and I have spent 5 years converting this Coach House and as of September 2016 are offering it as a holiday rental. We live next door in a Grade 2 listed Victorian rectory, so will be on hand to sort any problems .

Why they chose this property

This property is ideal for family gatherings and for those wishing to visit the Lincolnshire area. It is proving to be a great central location for families from different parts of the UK to meet up, celebrate a special birthday, & spend a relaxing few days together. The local market town of Sleaford offers basic services but not a lot of nightlife! Therefore we feel it is not a very suitable venue for stag/hen do's, or large groups of single adults.
Sorry no pets.

What makes this property unique

As well as being convenient for visiting Lincoln, the new international Bomber command memorial, and other attractions like Belton House, Grantham, we are on the Aviation trail for visiting WW2 sites, such as Dambusters former base at the Petwood at Woodhall Spa. We are also very close to RAF Cranwell which has regular Passing Out parades.
As of October 2019 the Coach House is now zero carbon, the underfloor heating now provided very efficiently by an air source heat pump and electricity is all supplied by renewables. So you can enjoy being “green” ! There is also an EV charging point
