Loved the property, the neighborhood and the entire area. The immediate neighborhood was very quiet. Good dining and shopping options nearby. Over 25 golf courses a short drive away. Hiking in White Tank mountains, spring training with KC Royals and Texas Rangers close. Wild Life Zoo and Aquarium also nearby. Owners Sandee and Vince are awesome to work with. The home is well furnished and decorated, very comfortable. The start of the stay the weather was cooler than normal for the area, and the hot tub was a welcome feature. We would love to return to this home in the future.

Great experience!

The house was very well decorated, very clean, had all kitchen supplies and other needs provided. Very pleasant homeowners who were very responsive to questions and provided info about the area.. The hot tub was so relaxing! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home.

Just like home.

This house is just like the pictures. Very clean and has everything that you need. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Nice backyard with a hot tub! We really enjoyed spending February and March there. We highly recommend it. Thanks Sandee & Vince for letting us rent your home!

Incredible!

This house and it's owners are amazing. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need for your home away from home. The owners, S&V, were very helpful answering questions and addressing concerns. We can't wait to schedule another family trip to Surprise, AZ!

Great getaway!

This home is cozy and comfortable, very nicely furnished, good amenities. My husband really enjoyed the 65" TV, and the living room seating. The location was very convenient to freeways and main streets in Surprise. It took only minutes to get anywhere we wanted/needed to go. The neighborhood is very nice. We would certainly rent it again if we hadn't just bought a new home in Buckeye.
