The garden is very well cared for in details as well as the interiors. Consisting of kitchen with kitchenette, double bedroom, a mezzanine with 2 beds, bathroom with shower. The house is located 300 meters from the sea and a few kilometers from Torre San Giovanni and Gallipoli where you can find services, restaurants and spacious beaches of fine sand and equipped beaches
. A few meters from the house there is a rocky but easily accessible coast and some services such as a pizzeria, a supermarket, a church, a small square with a football field, carousels for children where they can have fun and a bus stop .
