Appartement lumineux et agréable

semaine du 5 au 12/08/23, grand appartement correspondant au descriptif au 1er étage. Bien placé, calme, fonctionnel. Bonne relation avec les 2 charmantes dames qui s'occupent de la location. Juste petit bémol, vieille bâtisse et descente eaux usées supérieures dans appartement...

Séjour 4 adulte et un enfant de 11 mois

Appartement tres coloré, en plein coeur de la Bourboule et des thermes, rien a redire sur ce sujet. Le ménage etait plutot moyen, une cuisine pas du tout fonctionnelle. L'isolation entre les appartements supérieur est a revoir car avec un enfant en bas âge les siestes et les nuits sont pas faciles si vous tombez comme nous sur des voisins bruyant. Ils faudrait refaire des petits travaux pour Ue tous soit fonctionnel. Par contre nous avons apprécié le fait qu'il y est du materiel (Chaise haute, baignoire pour bébé, lit enfant,etc) pour les enfants. Nous avons comme même apprécié notre sejour mais les travaux de finition et de confort pour la cuisine serait nécessaire.

Logement vétuste et très sale

A notre arrivée, nous avons dû faire le ménage de l'appartement (aspirateur et serpillère). La couleur de l'eau montrait que le ménage n'avait pas été fait avant notre arrivée. La vaisselle n'était pas propre non plus (grasse voire très sale), la cafetière était recouverte de projections grasses de même que plusieurs plats. Nous avons donc dû relaver la vaisselle avant de pouvoir s'en servir. La literie est également à revoir, alèzes sales et déchirées. Les portes et poignées de fenêtre n'ont pas dû voir un chiffon depuis bien longtemps.

Un peu cher pour la prestation

Accueil charmant et irréprochable. L’appartement est un peu cher par rapport a l’ancienneté et l’entretien de l’appartement. Appartement bien situé en centre ville de La Bourboule, dans une rue très calme.
