Malasaña perfect stay

Place was perfect for a couple in a wonderful neighborhood. José Luis was very responsive and helpful. The washer/dryer combo worked great. Be mindful to take quick showers as the water is heated by electricity not gas. I’d definitely recommend for a perfect Madrid getaway.

Great location

The location & the secured garage parking were excellent features for us. The doorman/property manager, Gabriel was extremely helpful. The host was responsive to any questions we had. Only negative was that the unit was a bit small. Otherwise, everything in the unit worked fine.

Excellent!

Jose Luis was an EXCELLENT host. He was very helpful and caring; whenever my mom tried to contact him, he replied within minutes. Alan was also very sweet, and helpful as well. He went over all the details my mom had to know in order to spend a magnificent time in Madrid. The location of this apartment is perfect. You have many little shops & plazas surrounding the area. Very live at night time. The area is also great for transportation... and you can walk to main attractions in the center of Madrid. My mom had a magnificent time staying here :o) 100% RECOMMENDED!!! ♥

Great stay !

We had a great stay : perfect location, everything was clean and the communication with Jose Luis was very good. I recomand it to anyone who wants to enjoy Madrid !
