Separate laundry room, new, huge barbecues beside an immaculate pool, many full lounge chairs and wonderful community at the 5 o'clock happy hour. Unit has well appointed kitchen and new dishes and bedding. Free Wi-Fi, new T.V. Freshly painted and decorated with antiques. A simple, and comfortable respite!

2nd floor unit had no a/c so was uncomfortable with temps in the high 80s even with the windows open and the fans on high. The unit could also use some updating. Location is great and the complex was very quiet.

Great communication!

There was a little misshap when we checked-in, the process was clear and well explained, however the apartment had not been cleaned. It was obvious several little and bigger details that the cleaning people had not come. I immediately wrote to Dona, explaining the situation and what needed attention, and we went to bed using towels as we'd had a long day of travelling. In the morning I saw Dona had replied, she was very nice and apologetic, and had a call so we quickly figured out a plan so the cleaning staff could come while we went out. We were impressed with how efficiently Dona handled the situation, and when we came back later everything was perfect. The apartment itself served out purposes perfectly, I will only say unfortunately the oven did not work when we were there (but the range did). Apart from that everything was great, it is well located and a great jumping point to visit all around the beautiful island of Maui. And well , these things happen, we are all human, the most important is how receptive Dona was and it got resolved quickly. Mahalo!

This is a hard one to write because I know it will only get harder to book again the more people find out about it, but legit I couldnt have found a better spot. This owner has outdone the hotels in the area in every way. I actually miss it like you miss your grandma's home.

The room was spacious & clean. The only problem was mother nature. It was Maui's Dora effect. The wind was bad, blowing dust all day long. The wild fires caused smoke in the air. Take Dora out of the picture, it was a great visit.
