The apartment Tramonto is located in a park of olive trees, aromatic herbs and gorse. It’s a small one floor building, that has all comfort and privacy. It consists of a kitchen with fireplace, bedroom and bathroom.
A large pergola allows you to eat outside and enjoy the view of the Tuscan countryside in complete relaxation: to the south-west you can see the top of the Mount Amiata and the silhouette of Montepulciano.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; pool towels; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; use of mountain bike; use of laundry room.

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
heating € 5,00 per sq.m.; firewood € 20,00 per 100 kilograms; extra cleaning; extra linen change; tourist tax € 1,00 per person per day for maximum 5 days. Pets are not allowed.
