The apartment is conveniently located just blocks from Syntagma metro station,which connects you to all other metro stops in the city.Acropolis, Monastiraki, and Thisseio are only one stop away from Syntagma or in a 15 minutes walking distance if you like to experience Athens on foot.

Other Things to Note:
The house is located in an ideal base in order to explore the Historic center of Athens.In a 8 minutes walking distance you can visit the Monument of the Unknown soldier,the National Garden located behind the Greek Parliament and Benaki Museum. You can also visit Kalimarmaro Olympic Stadium where the first Olympic Games took place in 1896.

Main Attractions in Kolonaki area:

-The renowned Benaki Museum, with its outstanding collections.

-The Museum of Cycladic Art dedicated to the ancient cultures of the Aegean and Cyprus focusing on Cycladic Art.

-The Byzantine Museum with religious artefacts of the Byzantine and later periods from all over Greece.

-The National Park on Irodou Attikou street is a cool oasis in summer and visitors always enjoy the change of the guard at the Presidential Mansion right opposite.

Shops:
Restaurants and cafes abound in Kolonaki and include some of the best in town. Have a taste of exclusive French cuisine, Italian flavors, classic greek tradition, excellent coffee, wines, cocktails and drinks. Milioni pedestrian street is the busiest area with cafes and bars galore. Solonos street, Milioni, Skoufa and Tsakalof offer a wide range of choices in bars for all tastes.

In Akadimias and Solonos street, just one block from the apartment, you can find super markets, where you can buy anything is needed. Pharmacies, bakeries, ATM’S and the most classy shops are also around the area.
Exceptions are found only in the high tourist areas surrounding Syntagma, Acropolis and Monastiraki metro stations.

Restaurants & Bars:
Solonos street is a popular meeting point of the city,because of the numerous nightlife options.Cafes,restaurants and bars are located just a few blocks away.
