Great end of summer get away!

We had great time at this little lake front cabin! The cabin is just as described. Being able to rent the pontoon was great- we spent the majority of our time on the boat fishing. The kids also really enjoyed fishing off the dock. The water level was down a few feet during our stay so we didn’t swim, but if the water was up we definitely would have been able to. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. About 20 min south is a larger area with many stores etc, about 10 min north is the cutest town of Nisswa with lots to do :) Just be careful on the steps going down to the dock- many rotted areas creating a tripping hazard. Otherwise great!

Wonderful family Vacay

We had such a great stay! The cabin is beautiful Inside and had great space for the 7 of us! The lake was crystal clear and had tons of fish along the shore for the kids to catch! We will definitely be returning!

Agate Lake

Great property with great views. The only clarification I would add to the posting is that internet is limited as we would have downloaded a lot more to our devices prior to arrival of we had known it was only available for email and no downloads of movies. Clean and beautifully decorated. We would stay again!

Great cabin!

This was such a nice cabin. So relaxing, peaceful, and what a view! Having the ability to rent the pontoon made it even better. The home was clean, great shape and well taken care of. Loved the fire pit next to the lake. The only negative was the fact they didn't supply towels. When you come from out of state, make it a little annoying to hand to get towels when you are on a lake property. Would definitely recommend.

This charming home has so much rustic tranquility, but it is fully updated with modern conveniences. It's really perfect for the family that wants to reconnect, enjoy lake life and still have easy access to dining and entertainment in the area. Its not only fantastic for summer guests, it's great for winter getaways as well. Within walking distance of Mount Ski Gull, its a great home for skiing, tubing and snowboarding enthusiasts who may be seeking those activities without the crowds of other well known ski resorts.

What makes this property unique

The location of this home makes it really ideal for families who seek to spend quiet time, but like to have options. There are at least a dozen fantastic restaurants, and two breweries within 10 minutes of the home. Downtown Nisswa is a wonderfully family friendly town, with unique shops such as Fun Sisters, The Chocolate Ox (a kid favorite!), Rafferty's Pizza, Ganley's Cafe (great for breakfast) and Stonehouse Coffee (nationally recognized coffee and the BEST scones on the planet!).
