Contemporary luxury villa within a beautiful protected area in Ibiza

Overlooking stunning pine forests and only 5 minutes from the beach, Villa Can Jordi is a west-facing villa which is in the perfect position for both the most beautiful beaches on the island and also some of the best restaurants. The style is contemporary and minimalist, with plenty of terraces and living areas to settle into with sundowners. The villa is on a 20,000 sqm (5 acre) plot which affords total privacy whilst being only a few minutes drive from the nearest restaurant.

The villa has a total of six bedrooms, with four en-suite bathrooms and one that is shared. All of the bedrooms within the villa can be made into either doubles or twins enabling maximum flexibility.

There is a large open plan kitchen and dining area to enable either indoor as well at outdoor dining. In the living area there is a flat screen tv.

Outside there are many terraces and a large infinity pool which can be gated if there are children. Additionally there is a large gas BBQ, daybeds, loungers and an outdoor SONOS sound system.

It is child friendly, has large day beds around the pool, two outdoor dining areas, spacious bathrooms and bedroom flexibility with twin or double bed configurations.

This 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa offers first class living facilities with views over rural Ibiza and the Mediterranean in the distance. The spacious sunbathing terrace and outdoor dining area have countryside views across the infinity edged swimming pool (11m x 4m).

The villa is located in the most exclusive area of the island, in the protected region of Es Cubells.

A perfect pad!

I must say that Alex the owner has a wonderful, contemporary villa in one of the most lovely spots imaginable. Lots of space inside, and kitted out with all that you would need for a large group. The outside spaces are perfect, with great views, a terrace made for eating al fresco and social gatherings, together with a superb pool area. The villa is in a secluded spot which makes it feel even more special, and as long as you hire a car then there are great beaches and restaurants within easy reach of Can Jordi. Our group hired a car and also arranged transfers from the villas for lunches out etc, and we had great meals at El Carmen on Cala D'Hort which is literally 5 minutes away, Ses Boques down on the beach at Es Cubells reached in 10 mins, as well as trips to Es Cavallet and Cala Jondal which are 20-25mins and also a few times to the Old Town. All easily done. In terms of the arrangements, Alex is incredibly responsive and helpful. It is no exaggeration to say that all questions and queries got an immediate answer, and as the organiser of a large group that gave me great peace of mind and confidence that all was under control and would turn out just as planned. Check-in with Esmee was smooth, and Alex had also made great recommendations for local restaurants, transfer services, car hire, as well as recommending an excellent BBQ service that came to the villa and cooked for 10 of us. Any drawbacks? Not at all. As long as you ensure you are covered for transport then this really is a great villa. I was looking for somewhere where we could enjoy ourselves without being on top of other villas, slightly out of the hustle and bustle yet still within easy reach of all the great places to visit in the South, and indeed also up to San An. We were 9 guys celebrating a 50th birthday so a crowd not easily pleased, but everyone commented that the villa was perfect for us in terms of the space, layout, rooms including bathrooms, kitchen and sitting room area etc, and especially the terrace where we spent many memorable hours. Equally it would work for families or any type of large group. I really do highly recommend Alex as a host and Villa Can Jordi as the perfect pad! Thanks Alex for all your help, we had a ball!

Une belle maison conviviale

Superbe maison très facile à vivre grâce à ses nombreux espaces séparés. Idéale pour trois couples avec enfants. Alex le propriétaire a une excellente communication et David le responsable sur place est très serviable. Espace piscine très agréable. On prend vite ses repères. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Not what we expected

Villa was not ready upon arrival though we arrived at 5:30pm. Garbage bags , bundles of dirty linens where on the driveway as we pulled up. Once inside, the a/c was not on so it was hot and unwelcoming . The floors were dirty, kitchen was full of fingerprints and the fridge was dirty inside. Upstairs , one of the bedrooms had a black mold issue under the a/c unit. This is highly toxic and shocking that it had not been cleaned up! All the a/c units had not been cleaned so the air always had a moldy smell. The bathrooms were dirty and no small hand soaps were provided. The owner did his very best to try and resolve all the issues but it is not easy on the island to get good help let alone any help. It is in a remote location so there is a lot of driving on very rustic, bumpy roads. I feel bad for the owner as he really wanted us to enjoy our stay but he lives in another country and cannot oversee what the management company does.

Alex and his local team of manager and concierge are ace when it comes to Ibiza. Both Pete and Esmee were easy to get in touch with, the cleaning team was great and overall the stay couldn't have been more perfect. The views to the mountains is stunning and the property is immaculately kept, the gardens always blooming. Will most definitely be coming again. Many thanks!!!

Belle semaine à Ibiza

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette grande maison où chacun peut trouver sa place. Alex le propriétaire et son équipe sur place sont très réactifs lorsque une question se pose et prodiguent de précieux conseils. A savoir : l’accès à la maison se fait par un chemin de terre nécessitant une voiture robuste. En résumé : je recommande cette maison qui combine calme et confort.

Beautiful house in the hills

Can Jordi is even more beautiful in person than in pictures, which is rare to find these days. We really loved that every table, couch, outdoor lounge area was really comfortable for a big group. I would highly recommend renting a car when staying here because it is a little far from town but that is what we were looking for. Overall a great stay at a great house, I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a nice relaxing stay with a big group in Ibiza.

Perfect getaway in Ibiza!

This villa has a stunning infinity pool and a nice view. It is well equipped and spacious. Location is quiet, but still close enough to the beaches and shops. The concierge service was also helpful, friendly and professional. Perfect getaway in Ibiza!

A beautiful house set up in the hills above Es Cubells with undisturbed views! Highly recommended!

Alex was incredibly helpful from when we booked the house right through to when we left. The house is excellent and is extremely well kitted out! The location was perfect being only 25 mins from the airport and the close to a loca supermarket, beaches etc. We shall definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!

Spacious, contemporary villa in secluded location

A generous, well equipped villa with stunning mountain views which massively exceeded our expectations. We celebrated a big birthday here, accommodating 12 people in total comfortably and hosting a pool party for many more. The mix of terraces and space around the pool is ideal for socialising yet there is plenty of privacy too. Alex and his team went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, offering recommendations for beaches, local restaurants, private drivers, DJ, caterers and bar. One thing to stress is the need for a car / local taxi service as the villa is off the beaten track and Alex's recommendation was particularly helpful. A thoroughly positive experience which I can highly recommend.

A chilled relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings

We had the most wonderful relaxing holiday in this stunning and spacious villa. The owner was super helpful and friendly and made sure we knew we were welcome. The villa was a perfect size for two families holidaying together and there was more than enough space for everyone. It was well equipped and everything worked. The pool was simply wonderful and one of the best we have used. The views of the pretty local countryside were gorgeous. Whilst everywhere was in easy reach it was essential to hire a car. We had simply the best time.

Great stay, great villa, great staff, great owner!

We loved staying at Alex’s house! We were a group of 11 people and we really enjoyed every moment. Each room has its own shower room. Everything is clean and the spaces are big enough for 12 persons. The pool is hot and there are enough sun beds! I would definitely come back and I strongly recommend this house. Only negative point: the access to the villa, quite far away. But there is still the possibility to book a private driver!

Beautiful, clean and contemporary villa

I stayed at Villa Can Jordi for my 40th birthday celebration with a group of 12 girlfriends. The villa was fantastic. We spent a lovely day in and around the stunning pool. It is exactly as it is represented in the picture, calm and serene. The villa itself is decorated in a clean and contemporary way. I was thrilled, as it was a girls trip, that everyone could have their own bed and that each bedroom had an ensuite. Finally, Alex and his local team are great, super helpful in terms of recommendations of restaurants, beach clubs, local transportation, day trips to Formentera, etc. We had the most amazing stay and I would definitely go back to Villa Can Jordi.

A beautiful fully equipped villa in a secluded part of the island very close to Es Cubelles.

Alex was really helpful in assisting with all elements of our stay in his incredibly spacious and elegant villa. Everything that we needed was there or a short call away from Alex and his team. Highly recommend staying here and we will most certainly be staying again.

Absolutely Magnificent Property and Location!!

This is by far one of the best villa experiences I have had. We had a small wedding party there for a long weekend stay and it could not have worked out better for us. Communication was very good with the owner Alex and the manager Esmee. The place was better than expected and we didn't have any issues with the property whatsoever. Perfect location 20 minutes from Ibiza town, 20 minutes from San Antoni, and 5 minutes from Cala D'Hort. We will definitely stay at this property again upon our next return.

WOW what a beautiful villa and location...would certianly go back!

Myself, partner and 5 other couples rented this beautiful villa for 4 nights. We were blown away, gorgeous views, stunning villa, fabulous layout and everything you needed was there. We had such a fabulous time and thought we would eat out more, but as it was so fab we stayed and enjoyed the villa. I would certainly recommend it and we would certainly come back! All I would say is that you certainly need a hire car or to use taxis, which we did and the list which the Villa owner gave had many numbers to use. The management agency for check in and out were great too and the the mid weekend clean was done excellently. Thanks Alex, Esmi for a lovely ong weekend.

Prachtige, rustig gelegen luxe villa perfect voor een heerlijke vakantie met een groep vrienden.

Mooie en luxe accommodatie in de heuvels van Ibiza. Wij hebben hier genoten met een groep vrienden. Buiten eten op het mooie terras met buitenBBQ. Relaxen en zonnebaden op de loungebanken. Zwemmen in het zwembad met prachtig uitzicht. Ruime opzet met 6 slaapkamers en 5 badkamers en de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Perfect for a large group of friends

We were a group of 12 in our late twenties from London, looking for a peaceful villa slightly out of the action and we were very happy with our experience at Can Jordi. The great thing too is that nothing was too far away, there's a fantastic little beach a couple of miles down the road, and it was only a short taxi to Ibiza Town and San Antonio. There's also a nice little shop and a few restaurants in town for when we felt like having a quieter evening. The villa is huge and really spacious for twelve people; we never felt we were on top of each other. We loved the sunsets from the infinity pool and the large patio dining area where we cooked on the BBQ most evenings. It was really easy dealing with the property management company, and the owner Alex has good contacts with local travel companies which made getting a mini bus to/from nights out a real added bonus. The villa guide was also great in helping us to pick some of the nicest restaurants on the island. It was a wonderful week at Can Jordi and we hope to be able to visit again as the villa was one of the key factors behind our holiday being so great. Thanks, Tom
