Two bedroom apartment with pool and Caribbean Sea views
Spacious two bedroom apartment at Hillside House, Mero (see Studio apartment also listed 6538224).
Peaceful location with sea view and a short walk from Mero beach, one of the best on the island.
Large living area, two double bedrooms and bathroom.
Balcony with Caribbean sea views.
Private access and parking.
A ten minute stroll (or 5 minute brisk walk!) to Mero beach, widely considered to be the best on the island. Well situated on the West Coast of the wonderful Nature Island of Dominica.
Hillside House & Apartments was completed in December 2016 and provides truly unique accomodation in Dominica. It is a three storey building with the two apartments on the ground floor and main house with pool
above.
There is a pool deck on the middle floor with seating area and WIFI.
This is for the use of all residents.
A washing machine is also available .
Both apartments are listed and available for rental. Room for additional guests if required.

We are Adam & Clare Partridge with our two sons Ridley & Felix.
We are from England but discovered Dominica when we met in 1998 and have vowed to build a house there ever since.
In 2016 our dream finally became a reality when Hillside House & Apartments was completed, after several years of planning and funding!
We now visit whenever we can for holidays and to receive our guests. Unfortunately we still have to return to the UK for school and for Adam to run his auction business but one day the plan is to relocate on a more permanent basis.
We have a great love for the island of Dominica and its people so please ask if there is anything we can help with.

Unique accomodation in Dominica with beautiful furnishings from around the world.
All rooms have insect screens to prevent mosquitos and we also provide mosquito nets over the beds for extra protection. Due to the hillside location we benefit from a nice breeze so air conditioning is not necessary but fans are provided.
