Fresh is a light and airy self-catering 'treehouse' studio apartment in Cape Town's verdant Constantia Valley, delightfully suburban yet easily accessible to beaches, city and beyond.

Its close proximity to large, well established trees, its elevated position, and the glass wall that folds away completely, imparts a wonderful sense of being in a treehouse.

The kitchenette is equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Complimentary teas, coffee, rusks, granola and milk are provided. The bed is queen-size with 100% cotton bed linen. There is 24/7 WiFi and emergency lighting, a large-screen TV with DSTV (satellite) channels, overhead fan, safe and heaters.

The apartment has a private entrance and secure on-site parking Guests have use of garden and swimming pool, which are shared only with us.

Lovely Studio

We could not have enjoyed our stay more. This studio is bright and airy with thoughtful details that are simply exquisite. Meticulously clean with everything you need, including access to a garden that makes a special event of morning tea or evening wine.

Glass nest in the sky

We know Cape Town well and chose Constantia because we believe it to be the best location. And we chose this property because of the constant views of the mountain and wonderful feeling of openness. The unit is extremely comfortable and well stocked. We loved the coffee and rusks!! Iona was very helpful and responded instantly to WhatsApp’s regarding tourist sites and general questions. Despite the corona virus drama that hovered over this holiday, the cosy nest in the trees provided much comfort and relaxation. Thanks Iona

Chickes "Baumhaus" im Herzen von Constantia

Das Constatia "Fresh" liegt ideal mitten in Constantia. Die allermeisten Weingüter mit ihren Tasting Rooms und meist exzellenten Restaurants sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Der berühmte Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden liegt gleich um die Ecke. In die Strand-Hotspots von Camps Bay, Hout Bay oder Muizenberg braucht man maximal eine halbe Stunde. Ebenfalls innerhalb einer halben Stunde finden Golffreunde drei bis vier Top-Plätze. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen am und auf den Tafelberg, Touren zum Kap der guten Hoffnung bzw. eine Rundfahrt auf der Kap-Halbinsel. Im Appartement ist sehr modern gestaltet. Essteht eine kleine Küche mit Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung. Große Menues wird man darin nicht kochen - aber, wer macht das schon bei diesem Gastronomie-Angebot? Die Glasfront nach Süden lässt sich komplett wegschieben und gibt einem wirklich ein "Baumhaus"-Gefühl. Des Bereich von Dusche, Waschbecken und WC befindet sich in einem Glas-Kubus. Für letzteres Geschmackssache... Der Garten und der Pool stehen für die Mieter des "Fresh" zur Verfügung. Beides ist allerdings nur durch den Wohnbereich der Vermieter erreichbar. Wenn diese außer Haus sind, wird´s eventuell schwierig.

Perfect in most every way

We were delighted by these accommodations. The location was great giving us easy access to downtown and wine country and table mountain. Our hosts were very helpful with suggestions as well as offering help with reservations and directions. Very pleasant holiday.
