About this property

Situated only 30 minutes from Alicante or Murcia airport, this 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment offers real luxury in a top quality resort. Situated within the renowned, La Finca Golf and Country club, one of the Costa Calida & Costa Blanca’s top golf courses. Just 15 minutes from the warmth of the Mediterranean waves.

This is not just for golfers; there are a diverse range of activities from lazing by the pool, horse riding, go-karting, golf and tennis. The local area has fantastic beaches and countryside. There is also easy access to the Mar Menor (little sea). This is Europe’s largest salt-water lagoon, which has its own microclimate and a very Spanish culture.

The apartment is privately owned and has been furnished to an extremely high standard. We really want you to enjoy your stay and come back. Enjoy the pool, eat al fresco on one of two terraces in the warmth of the Spanish Night Air and enjoy the beaches and surrounding areas.

Please note there is a cleaning fee of 60 euros which should be left in the apartment upon departure. There is more than enough towels and bedding for you during your stay.

If you wish to rent golf clubs then there is a fee of 50 euros per week for rental. The gents clubs will be within your apartment upon arrival.

There are plenty beach towels available to use to save space in your case when travelling. Feel free to use them.

Lovely property, great location, fabulous holiday.

We have just returned from 2 wonderful weeks at La Finca. Right from booking stage Yvonne responded to our messages quickly and communication was great throughout. She sent us lots of info about the area and made sure we had her contact details should we need any help during our stay. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. The pool area was just perfect, just a handful of friendly families about, never overcrowded. We know the area well so headed out to different beaches which are within very easy driving distance. It was quieter than the coast which is what we liked and we loved Algorfa village and spent several evenings having a meal and letting the children play on the square. Thank you Yvonne for letting us stay in your lovely apartment, we've had such a good time and would thoroughly recommend it. I could go on all day about all the great things we did this holiday but I think I've made my point!!

Great apartment in a great complex

Stayed for 4 nights in February and really enjoyed the apartment and the the La Finca complex. The apartment is perfectly equipped and furnished and we easily prepared most of our meals. We had to use the heating as it was quite chilly in the evenings but they worked fine. My fiancée wanted a bath but the water temperature wasn’t quite hot enough but this is a very minor issue as hot baths won’t be needed too often I’d have thought! We tried some of the bars and restaurants in the complex and enjoyed them. Everywhere seems very clean and well maintained too. We used the Lidl which is a short drive away and found it stocked everything needed if self catering is your thing. Yvonne was really helpful throughout the booking process and our stay. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend it.
