About this property

Here at Kayenne it is ideal for social distancing. We have a large garden and 5 separate terraces. Everything is thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected. The crockery and cutlery is all washed with bleach after every client leaves. We have hand sanitisers outside and in each apartment. Each apartment has it's own bbq. Kayenne is set in a small village, Fuente del conde, close to Iznajar and it's beautiful lake. Here at Kayenne we have family-friendly activities. You’ll love Kayenne because of the ambiance and stunning views, the location and all the separate outdoors space.This is a brand new self catering apartment for 2016. It has all the mod cons and a luxury private roof terrace. The main bedroom has aircon and a door out onto the roof terrace. Downstairs there is another bedroom with twin beds in.
Both bedrooms have plenty of drawer space and wardrobes, there is an hairdryer in both bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equiped with gas hob, electric fan oven and fridge freezer.

Sept 2018 - Beautiful sunsets on the roof terrace

We had a lovely warm welcome from Kath & Kev at this terrific property. Spotlessly clean apartment, well equipped with lots of space for 2 as it could have slept 4. We loved the roof terrace and the fabulous views down to Iznajar and the surrounding hills covered with olive trees. There was plenty of room for all our clothes in the large master bedroom, the air con was quiet and very effective and there were plenty of bathroom and beach towels provided. This is a great base for exploring the surrounding area - Malaga, Cordoba and Granada are all within easy driving distance for days out. Closer to home, Iznajar, Antequera and Loja are all great places to visit too, for anyone not wanting to travel far from the lovely pool and views! Certainly somewhere we'd like to return too.

Short getaway for some quiet time after a busy xma

The owners of the property where very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us to make sure our holiday was perfect, our apartment was all brand new and very nice, the swimming pool and poolside were nice with outdoor kitchen and chill out area, the view from the terrace is very picturesque, our holiday was very relaxing and just what we needed, Thankyou Kath & Kev We will definitely back soon Andy & Nikki

Brilliant Quiet Location

Excellent location with stunning scenery. Car essential to explore some fantastic cities including Seville, Cordoba, Granada and Ronda. Kath and Kevin are great hosts.

I am a true Yorkshire girl. I moved here from the Uk in 2003. I have always been a hardworker in the UK I ran 3 bars all at the same time. I keep the Apartments and all the terraces really clean and I also service the pool and gardens by myself. I was born in Barnsley in 1956 and moving to this cute little village is like the Uk used to be in the 60,s. Our Spanish neighbours are really friendly and helpful.

Why they chose this property

I was looking for a property with the space to have self catering Apartments. This house was ideal as it had an old building at the back of the house that was the old village hall. The apartments are private and away from the house with a seperate entrance. The views from the pool and terraces are truly amazing for a village. The splendid sunsets we get are different every night and I never get tired of looking at them. We had a wedding blessing here in our garden this year. We decorated it with flowers, bows and lights. It was a perfect setting for all our family and friends.

What makes this property unique

Kayenne is set in a small rural village, with stunning views of the counrtyside from the pool and garden.
There is a small supermarket and Bar/Restaurant in the village, both only a few minutes walk away from Kayenne.
We are only 20 minutes from the Motorways so we are in an ideal location to tour the splendid cities of Andalucia.
Antequera and El Torcal is a must to see whilst your staying here.
