Die Wohnung ist an sich schön, sie könnte aber viel besser sein, denn sie wird nur mäßig gepflegt, also kontrolliert, ob Dinge kaputt sind, erneuert oder ergänzt werden müssten. Positiv: zentral gelegen, fußläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Shopping und Restaurants, Bett bequem, sauber, Balkon, Stauraum im Schlafbereich Negativ: nur für Personen von max. 1,80m Größe da Wohnung mit eingebauter Mezzanine, BZ müsste komplett erneuert werden, mangelnde Küchenausstattung, Sofa alt, fleckig und ausgesessen, hellhörig, Kommunikation nur über WhatsApp.

Location, Location, location!

This house is perfect for a short visit in Catania. Great location. Just a few steps from Via Etnea (the main road). Very clean and comfortable with great property management. We would definitely book here again!
