In South Vendée, property composed of two independent character cottages. comfort and modernity in a traditional stone building. The gite of great comfort on the ground floor for 6 people. The house has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. A large living room with fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room. Outside two terraces, heated swimming pool shared with the other gîte with sunbathing. For everyone, two common leisure and relaxation areas: table football, billiards, table tennis, pinball machine, 14 bikes available. pétanque and swing games for children.
We are located 25 minutes from the Poitevin marshes and the Vendée beaches, the Puy du Fou and La Rochelle are 40 minutes away.

Un gîte tout confort entre marais et Côte

Un gîte soigné et bien situé ou il fait bon se détendre, à moins de 30 minutes des canaux du Marais Poitevin à 45 minutes de la côte et du Puy du fou, moins d'une heure des îles d'Oléron, de Ré et des Sables-d'Olonne et à 1h15 du Futuroscope. Que demande le peuple?

Belle prestation du gîte

Un gîte très agréable, avec accès piscine à partir du gîte. Avons apprécié la vaste salle de vie suite à une météo capricieuse. Le doublage des salles eau/bain, et wc, à également été très appréciable. Nous conservons l adresse de ce gîte pour un futur séjour.
