About this property

One-bedroom apartment with a double bed, a single bed and a sofa. A bedroom with two single beds and access to the balcony, living room with equipped kitchen, TV, bathroom and fan. A parking space is available inside the courtyard. The house is located in a quiet and well served area. We are 5 minutes walk from the beach office 17 with the free beach next to it and 10 minutes walk from the pedestrianized avenue of Sabbiadoro. The apartment is located in a quiet area and well served by supermarkets, minimarkets, ice cream bars, pizzerias, sliced pizzas, rotisseries, beach shop, automatic laundries and tobacconist. Near the beach office 17 reachable in 5 minutes on foot there is a Doggy Beach and a free beach area where you can bring your own beach equipment. The day of arrival and departure is scheduled for Saturday or Sunday. Sheets and towels are not included and it is recommended to leave the apartment clean as there are no cleaning costs. It is expected the additional payment of the tourist tax for guests over the age of 12 of 0.50 euro per person per day.

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung!

Die Wohnung im ersten Stockwerk ist gut und sauber. Fläche ist genüg für vier erwachsene. Die Küche mit Gasherd und Kühlschrank hat alle notwendige Geschirr. Parkplatz im Hof hat eine Überdachung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, obwohl es nicht weit vom Zentrum ist. Entfernung vom Strand - ca. 5 min. Das war sehr angenehmes Uhrlaub. Eine Woche für uns war zu wenig! Vielen Dank!

Alles super und genau wie beschrieben!

Lage ist perfekt, 5 min vom Strand entfernt. 10min von Supermarkten und Zentrum entfernt. Kleine Seitenstraße, dadurch Nachts ruhig. Parkplatz mit Dach und schliessbare Tor. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefällt. Wohnung sehr sauber, genug Fläche. Für den Preis war es echt top Urlaub. Danke!
