Lovely home in Margate is comfortable, offers all amenities- central air, laundry room, dining room, full kitchen, end to end deck in rear with BBQ, driveway fits 4 cars, front porch to relax, fully furnished and the best: This house is MUCH larger than it looks from outside as it contains 3 bedrooms downstairs and in a fully finished, spacious loft, with 2 FULL SIZED additional bedrooms, totalling 5 bedrooms! 2 full baths. Has wifi and basic cable. We are proud of our vacation home and know you will love staying here. Margate is a lovely beach town with and this home is well situated in town.

Wonderful Vacation Home

This was our fourth straight year for vacation at Mike and Michelle's beautiful home. It has everything needed for a great time with shopping, restaurants and attractions nearby. We enjoyed our days at the beach as well as our quiet evenings in a lovely neighborhood, and hope to return again next year.

Peaceful stay in Margate

The property was very comfortable. We really felt at home in this well-maintained house. Everyone in our group had space to play games, read peacefully, enjoy dinner together, etc. It was the ideal place for a family vacation. Everything we needed was on hand.

Wonderful Vacation Home

This was our third year to stay at Mike and Michelle's beautiful home and, as always, we were not disappointed. The home provides clean and comfortable lodging with modern conveniences. Although walking distance to the beach is a bit too far for us, the benefits of a quiet neighborhood more than offsets this disadvantage. The home has everything you would expect for a great beach vacation. We will look forward to our next stay.

My wife, children and I have visited this home for more than 2 decades as its convenience to the beach, Atlantic City and Ocean City makes ideal for family and friends. We are professionally educated and employed and just bought this home from family. We someday plan to retire here! We have 2 beautiful children of our own ages 11 and 8 and love our visits to Margate.

Why they chose this property

This property is a secret suprise. It looks so small from the outside, but walk in and be surprised by the spaciousness ideal for entertaining. New driveway goes length of property for 4 cars to fit comfortably. Newly installed central air. The loft upstairs is ideal for children. It has 2 full sized bedrooms, end to end, with beds situated in each of the rooms. Central air cools this area too, though its better at night.

What makes this property unique

Want a Margate quality vacation at a fair price? Our house is 15 minute flat-walk to the beach, or 2 minute drive, so come enjoy the beach, a residential and quiet community and a deceivingly spacious house on your vacation. Beautifully finished wood floors through living room, dining room areas. This house is the one you might want to retire in, but we are the ones eventually retiring here!
