Newly remodeled 1938 ranch style home in quiet, tree lined neighborhood. This is a perfect place to relax and call home during your visit to Los Angeles. Our home is a great spot for vacationers, visiting family in the area and traveling professionals.

Walk to Kenneth Village for restaurants/french bakery. Close to Historic Brand Park. This property is also a short driving distance away from Griffith Park, the Observatory, the Autry Museum, L.A. Zoo, Olvera Street. A historic monument in the oldest part of Los Angeles (Downtown LA. Souvenir shops, Mexican food restaurants)
- Griffith Park is a short drive away, it’s great for a nice picnic, walk, hike, bike ride, pony / train ride for kids. The LA Zoo and the Observatory / Planetarium is also at Griffith Park, as well as the Autry museum.
Greek Theatre, the Hollywood sign, Dodger Stadium and Downtown Los Angeles.

Wonderful Property!!

This is a fabulous property. Excellent location. Quiet neighborhood. Our host, Eileen, responded immediately to any question we had. I must agree with all those that have stayed here - a truly great place to stay. We had a very enjoyable visit and are already planning a return trip. Thanks Eileen for making us feel welcome. Much appreciated.

Our Second Stay

My husband and I were lucky enough to be able to rent this property for a second stay. Glendale is a lovely town, the location is beautiful, and the property is exactly as the owner describes. There are 2 very comfortable bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a half bath, a well equipped eat in kitchen, a large living room, dining room, and even a study/office. The owner is available when needed. There is a truly lovely park within a mile with hiking trails for every level. When you step out the door you’re looking up at the magnificent mountain. There are plenty of restaurants, super markets, whatever you need. The studios are nearby as well as the zoo, Griffith park and observatory. I love this property and hope to return next year.

Better than advertised.

It isn’t often that a property exceeds the description written by the owner but this one is that exception. We can only add our 5/5 rating like so many other reviews have done. If there was a 6 we’d check that one. In spite of the unusually cool weather during our stay, we had a great time staying here. It was a great location for the things we wanted to do and a perfect spot to return to after out adventures.

A Great Place to Stay in GLendale

This was a wonderful place with amazing hosts. We stayed for a month. The host was extremely responsive and available to answer questions and address our minor concerns (we need higher internet because 2 of us were working). The neighborhood was beautiful. Lovely homes at the foot of the mountains with Brand Park within walking distance giving you access to hiking trails. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The kitchen had everything we could need and more. All in all a terrific experience! If you have a reason to be in beautiful Glendale this is a great place to stay.

We love living in the foothills of Glendale. The quiet neighborhood has so many beautiful character homes. There is a lot to do in the city of Glendale and with the rest of Los Angeles within reach, we think it is the perfect location. We love the neighborhood so much we happen to live next door!
