About this property

These beautiful new, townhomes feel like a home away from home. These units sleeps 8 people comfortably. They feature a 2nd floor, open and airy Living Room/Dining Room/Kitchen area with area rugs over hardwood floors. The Queen bed new master bedroom has a flat screen LCD TV along with a private, tiled master bath, and two full closets. Entire home furnished by Raymour & Flanigan.

A glass door leads to the furnished deck with open views to stately, beach colonials. The Kitchen has granite countertops and a GE stainless steel appliance package. The Dining Room table seats eight plus two at the counter island. The Living Room features double Nantucket couches, and a large oversized reading chair with ottoman. The room is great for entertaining, playing family board games, or just watching DVDs on the large screen HDTV.

The tile entrances lead to three bedrooms, two with Queen Beds and flat screen/DVD TV combo unit. The fourth bedroom is set up with a single bed and a bunk bed with a TV makes for a fun, child friendly experience. A laundry room is supplied with full size appliances along with a fully tiled bath. All bedrooms, except the kid's room, have ceiling fans to compliment the two zone central air conditioning system.

We offer assigned off street parking as well as ample on street parking. The back patio offers an outdoor BBQ grill, enclosed outside shower, lawn, and patio dining tables and umbrellas. The free beach is a short blocks away along with parks, boat rentals, bike rentals, walking/biking paths, ice cream shops. Visit nearby Cape May and Atlantic City, or our famous Wildwood boardwalk.

Great week!

The unit was very clean , comfortable and plenty of room for the family. We did not realize the living space and master bedroom was on the second floor, but we worked through it…. my husband was 6 weeks post knee replacement and did fine. We enjoyed our evening ice cream on the patio in this quiet neighborhood! Cindy

Pleasant week at the beach

My significant other, parents and I stayed here for a week. Rose was very accommodating of our larger dog, and we had a pleasant stay. The house is a great set up and in a great location. Having a full size washer/dryer was a nice bonus, as were the two large parking spots. The house is in good condition and was clean when we arrived. Having dual AC was also a huge bonus. The shed out front for all your beach accessories is a fantastic amenity. The patio is actually in front of the unit, which is fine, and we did not have access to a yard, as stated in the description. However, with the beach so close, that didn't matter much. It would be nice to have the ice maker in the fridge and the garbage disposal working, but those are minor items. It was great for us and our dog, and Rose and her husband are very nice. We would stay here again.
