The lower level of the house incorporates a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, laundry and a comfortable lounge which is cool and airy and opens out to a terracotta tiled terrace, ideal for long lazy breakfasts and Al fresco dining. The terrace leads to the garden where you will find seating and sun loungers and this gives direct access to the beach beyond. The lower bedroom is air-conditioned and has a bed that can be set up as a king size or two twins and the lower bathroom is a full bathroom with shower. With the ground level bedroom and bathroom, the property is ideal for a less able bodied or older person/s.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom which is en suite and air-conditioned and the bed can be set up as either a king size bed or two twins. French doors open out to a private terrace overlooking the garden and beach. The third and fourth bedrooms (also king or twin) share the third bathroom with shower and tub.

In the winter a maid will come in every day for a few hours except on Sundays and bank holidays.
