Location cannot be beat

This condo is fantastic. The view cannot be beat. We loved spending each morning watching all the dive boat activity and all the Cruise ships come in. This high up, and right on the ocean gives the best views in Cozumel. Be sure to bring binoculars. The condo itself is amazing. The listing does not do it justice. I was a little concerned about the age of the furniture in the photos, but those are old photos. All of the furniture was new, including well padded deck furniture and comfortable table for eating. We spent 90% of our time while in the condo out on the deck which was so comfortable and has an incredible view. The bedrooms are all private suites with king beds. All 4 beds were very comfortable, and the A/C worked great, although most of the time the ocean breeze was all we needed. The El Cantil property is fantastic. A huge pool area and two sunning areas that are never crowded. I don't think we ever saw more then 20% of the lounge chairs full. Great snorkeling right off the property, and our dive boat just picked us up at the El Cantil Peir. The last few days we just never wanted to leave the property. Two large grocery stores within half a block was incredibly convenient for picking up food and drinks. It is also a short walk into town for bars restaurants and shopping. This is a great condo within a great property. We definitely will return here next time in Cozumel.

another week in paradise

this was our second stay at el cantil after years of coming to the island. we brought along friends to experience cozumel for the first time. they can't wait to return and bring their families. everyone is so accommodating and the location is terrific with easy access to restaurants and shopping. abraham and claudia make you feel very welcome! we'll be back again soon.

We have been visiting and diving Cozumel every summer for more than 25 years and have stayed at a variety of hotels and condominiums. El Cantil simply cannot be beat for its accommodations and location. The units are beautifully built and spacious, the infinity pool and surrounding grounds are always clean and the restaurant is first class and air conditioned. The buildings are on the ocean side of the street and are right across from the grocery store. A multitude of good restaurants are a short and safe walk into town. Walk in dive lockers are on the ground level and the dive boats pick up at the private pier.

Great view!

Our family had a great time at El Cantil. The view was wonderful, the master suites comfortable. We snorkeled right in front of the condo every day, walked to restaurants, shopping or to the grocery store across the street. The free breakfast on Albert every morning was fantastic! The pool and ocean front were quiet and relaxing, we had a great time.
