A+ WE GIVE IT A 10 - NO STRESS

Our experience at Tom's Beach House was great,A plus,we give it a 10 Beautiful home,4 very clean bedrooms,Great yard ,blocks from the beach,Beach passes included,plus parking! No stress,we had an awesome time. Alex V - Woodbridge NJ

Best time of my life!! At Toms Beach house Rentals

We had the best time at tom's beach house rentals!! We're from freehold township high school and came for our senior after prom. Most of our school goes to wildwood, but everyone wants to do seaside after the amazing weekend we had. Tom and the rest of the security team do everything in their power to make sure you have the BEST time but don't get in any trouble. Couldnt have asked for a better weekend, i just wish we had more time. If you're ever staying in seaside, stay at tom's prompound!! Our parents dont trust anyone to watch over us like tom and his security team did.

AMAZING FUN TIME AT TOM'S BEACH HOUSE RENTALS

We had the best time at Tom's Beach House Rentals!! We're from Freehold township high school and came for our senior after prom.Most of our school goes to Wildwood, but everyone wants to go to Seaside after the Amazing weekend we had. Tom and the rest of the security team do everything in their power to make sure you have the BEST time but don't get in any trouble. Couldn't have asked for a better weekend, I just wish we had more time.If you ever stay in Seaside, stay at Tom's Prompound!! Beautiful House and Great Vacation

Thanks Tom for making our family feel so special during our vacation in Seaside. It has been a while since our last vacation and our first ever in Seaside Heights NJ. We were impressed on how clean and how the house was decorated so nicely. The parking pass was also great as we were able to drive grandmom to the beach and boardwalk.We ate at Spicy Catina one night and had a fun time,listening to live music there. I will recommend your house to anyone looking for a great vacation spot.

Best Vacation at Tom's Beach House Rentals in Seaside August 2016

My wife Natia and I want to thank Tom and his Family for a wonderful 2 weeks in August 2016. We Highly recommend any of house's that Tom has up for rent. These rental's are a perfect place for families. The houses are very clean and modern. They have great backyards to relax and barbecue. Tom, THANK YOU VERY MUCH for everything and we will see you next year.

Toms Beach House Rentals has been offering Modern, Pristine Beach Houses since 2008. I personally greet each vacationer upon arrival, give you a tour of your beach house and answer any questions you may have.

Why they chose this property

After each rental, your gas grill is taken apart and completely cleaned and put back
together so that you can start “NEW” when you begin your vacation. Now, who does that!!

That an "Exclusive Parking Pass"= $2.00 PER HOUR value is included with each of our BEACH HOUSE RENTALS!!
You can park by the boardwalk or water park for FREE as long as you want.

When renting multiple weeks, EVERY Saturday our professional cleaning people will vacuum, sanitize floors and bathrooms ( between 10am and 1 pm). Every shower curtain will be replaced weekly, so you start “fresh” and there is NO CHARGE!

ALL trash and recycle containers are scrubbed, rinsed and sprayed with BLEACH each rental.
I EVEN TAKE ALL TRASH AND RECYCLE CONTAINERS OUT TO THE CURB,AND BRING BACK TO YOUR BACKYARD!

YOU'RE ON VACATION!!! -WHO WANTS TO WORRY ABOUT THE TRASH?? NO WORRIES!!!
I GOT YOU COVERED!!

A new, sanitized shower curtain is installed each rental.

That our professional cleaning people sanitize ( bleach) all door knobs, remote controls, ceiling fans, cabinets, furniture, bathrooms, mattress covers and all floors before you move in.

Each backyard is “groomed”-raked (all backyards are stone) to check for bottle caps ,lids, broken glass, debris etc. EVERY rental.

Each beach house has its own WIFI modem and tower ( and password) for ultra fast downloading,Facebook,Twitter etc.

When you arrive to begin your vacation, the air conditioning is on “a bottle of wine is chilled” for you and I’m there to personally greet you, explain parking, give you a tour of your vacation home, answer any questions you may have, hand you your key(s) and beach badges.

THIS IS MY FULL TIME JOB.- also meaning you don't have to wait many hours or days for the owner to respond to a problem or concern.

I do stop by many times a week to water flowers,take out trash and recycles, sweep up debris etc. and to say “hi” and check to make sure you have everything.

I’m always available for questions or concerns.
