"This was probably our favourite night in New Zealand! Kay is great, so accomodating and even had home made breakfast ready for us. The property was extremely comfortable and warm and the stars at night were amazing and filled the sky. Thanks so much Kay!" John from Australia: July 2018
We stayed for a night during our break journey from Christchurch to Queenstown. When we were checking out, we regretted having not stayed a day or two more.

We had a WONDERFUL night in this brilliant cottage. We were up for hours playing board games and watching the stars. We couldn’t have asked for more from a night away. We were provided with a lovely breakfast and the cottage is on a fantastic property - we were both very impressed. Sheryl Sept 2018

The cottage sits on its own terrace, a short 200m stroll, over a footbridge from the guest car park. As part of the service we ferry our guests' gear (and you as well if you would like) up to the cottage - however because of the creek, the access is not suitable for 2WD rental vehicles. You are welcome to drive up if you have a 4WD vehicle. I am happy to take up whatever gear you would like for the evening and arrange a time with you that you would like me to come and collect your gear in the morning of your departure.
Your car can be parked down our driveway, off road and secure. You can come and go with your vehicle, as you please without disturbing us via the path connecting the cottage and car park.
