About this property

Modern townhouse in Syracuse's Armory Square. Dozens of restaurants, bars, and shops within 5 minute walk or less. Open floorplan, spacious and clutter free. New quality furniture. Large windows and tons of natural light. Fully stocked with everything you will need for a perfect stay (pots, pans, desks, toiletries, condiments, etc). This unit is also set up as a smart home, with 2 Alexas and Wifi Enabled TVs. Condo is in a secluded and secure community above the street level. 1 King Bed and 1 Queen Bed, plus a sofa mattress and an air mattress.

Please note:
The bathroom is upstairs, so not suitable for guests who have difficulty with stairs. Also, please have reasonable cleaning expectations as the cleaning fee is only $50. You can expect a clean kitchen, bathroom, floors, and fresh sheets, but to get super deep cleaning with fridge, oven, etc, would cost almost $150-$200 from maid service, which I don't think most people want to pay. However, if you really desire that, let me know in advance and I can make it happen.

Good stay in a spacious condo

Overall we enjoyed the condo. Lots of space. We’ll equipped and comfortable. Parking worked out fine but can be challenging. The condo was quiet despite downtown location. Condo owner was great; quick to respond and helpful with questions. We’d stay again.

Great Location

Walking distance to everything. Not suitable for elderly guests as they have to climb the stairs to get to the one bathroom.

Condo was on great area close to everything. Very loud though. 3 AM snow clearing .

Had difficulty with the door entry on 2 occassions. Locked out for over half an hour. Very finicky

Good place to stay.

A very nice apartment altogether. Some wear is starting to show on the floor. Some cabinet doors not holding up to the abuse. Beds were comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom was clean, comfortable and well lit. Owner is responsive. Handy location to the Museum of Science and Technology (MOST), theaters, Downtown Marriott Hotel (where we attended a wedding). Nice neighborhood with close by coffee shops, Subway sandwiches, small grocery, bars and restaurants.

Great location and great place

We really enjoyed staying in this area for the Holidays. Lots of access to restaurants, bars and shopping. The condo had everything we needed to cook a nice Chridtmas dinner.
