This delightful four-bedroom, two-full-bath home with a large two-car-detached garage, conveniently located on Ocean Parkway, the main strip in the beautiful Ocean Pines community has undergone a complete renovation. Guests will enjoy a flat-panel HD-TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, new heat/AC unit, and all the comforts of home. A well-equipped full kitchen awaits our guests, but nearby dining options, including world-class restaurants, casual dining, comfort food, dine-in, carry-out, and delivery, make accommodating everyone’s tastes easy. And the spacious garage with electric-car-charging-port offers storage for your cars, boats, motorcycles, hot-rods, and all the things that help make your stay an unforgettable experience.

The rental includes nearly 700 square feet of wrap-around-deck space with a wonderful view, ample seating for your family and friends, and a gas-grill and crab-pot for outdoor cooking. Relax on the deck before embarking on all that the Ocean Pines and surrounding communities have to offer.

The Ocean Pines community includes more than 3000 acres of wooded areas, five-swimming pools, playgrounds, and nine-miles of walking trails. Also, within the community you will find restaurants, an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, and multiple boat-launches. Guests could enjoy a wonderful vacation and never leave Ocean Pines. Just across the road from this home’s front door is access to one of the canals where you can fish and crab or drop your kayaks in the water and do some exploring.

To make accessing Ocean City, MD easy this rental includes a pass that allows guests to park free-of-charge at Ocean Pine's oceanfront Beach Club. Just a fifteen-minute drive from the front door, the Beach Club includes a restaurant, bar, pool, access to the beach, and showers, restrooms, and lockers. Visitors can leave their cars in the secured lot and enjoy the surrounding attractions or hop a bus to Ocean City’s famous boardwalk less than two miles away.

In just over twenty minutes guests can arrive at Assategue Island and see its' wild ponies and other wildlife, hike miles of trails in the National and State Park lands, or rent fishing-rods, clam-rakes, and crab-lines.

For our adult guests, Ocean Downs Casino is a short ten-minute drive away. The Casino includes slots, table games, video poker, and horse racing, and is open 24/7- 365 days a year.

beautiful rental property

Very impressed, beautiful, very clean, updated home in a great location and secluded area with a huge outside wrap around deck with woods in the back and in a friendly/family oriented neighborhood. Just minutes from OC boardwalk, and night life. Couldn't have been more pleased with the owners accommodations and allowing us to use their guest pass for the ocean pines community pools and amenities. Would highly recommend this property! :)

Nice little house

Overall, we had a good time. We arrived at 3pm to a house that had not been cleaned and sanitized. House keeping did come 1hr after we arrived (Which did put us kind of out of the house for a bit.) We attempted to contact the property owner via phone and email and did not receive a message back until 10:45 that evening. The thermostat is locked by the owner, so you are unable to control the temperature of the house. When we arrived it was set to 74 degrees. A bit too warm. Later it did drop to 72 degrees. Temperature wasn’t to bad. There is a small backyard that the kids can play in and a canal across the street which was nice. The porch is large and it did get shade in the early evening which was nice. Driveway is large. There are no pillow protectors on pillows, so I would make sure you bring your own. Also oven mitts were kind of gross. We did throw them in washer which I don’t think anyone has done before. Also there are not a lot of containers for storing leftovers, so if your into that bring your own storage ware.

My husband and I have owned and managed rental properties for 15+ years and have come to understand that customer service is an owner's only priority. We have made this property available to guests because of our family's own experiences vacationing in the Ocean Pines community. Our children, family, and friends have all enjoyed the amenities in and around the community, but have only scratched the surface of what is available. We began vacationing in Ocean Pines more than a decade ago and have only grown to love it more. Having stayed in hotels in Ocean City, we came to appreciate the quiet community that is Ocean Pines and its' proximity to so many great attractions.

Why they chose this property

This home is located on the main strip in Ocean Pines making is easy to find and access. Its' location also allows for quick access to some of the best attractions on the east coast. Few properties are located as close to Ocean City, Assategue Island, and Ocean Downs Casino as we are. The large deck provides a comfortable and relaxing break, wonderful view, and enough space for the whole crew to enjoy. The two-car-detached-garage provides ample space for your cars, boats. motorcycles, and any other gear you might bring along. And if you’re driving an electric car you will enjoy the convenience of our electric charging station. You will also find ample on-site parking for as many as four vehicles outside of the garage.
