Loving this cottage is easy, but leaving will be hard! Turn the key, put down your luggage, kick back and let the memories begin. You'll enjoy a spectacular, panoramic view of Lake Ontario with access to the water for swimming or kayaking. The bright first floor has a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove and microwave, a full bathroom, a washer and dryer, a living room with sofa, loveseat, chair and large Smart TV and a dining area with seating for 8. The second floor has a full bathroom with tub and two bedrooms. The Main Bedroom has a Queen bed, TV and large sliding glass door with views of the Lake. The second bedroom has a double bed and a double bunk-bed. There is a grill on the front porch and a fire pit in the backyard with outdoor seating for up to 8 people. Off-street parking for up to 3 cars. There's a free boat launch about a 100 yards away. Your rental includes use of the cottage's WiFi, Netflix, all bed linens, towels and basic pantry items. This cottage can accommodate up to 8 people so it's perfect for families, couples, a ladies weekend or fishing trips.

Relaxing house on the lake

Clean, well stocked, great location. Easy communication with owners. Enjoyed all the games and TV options available for family entertainment. Beautiful setting, the lake is wonderful to listen to at night. Kids loved the tree and tire swing in back.

Memorable Fishing Trip

Great value, the owners keep a very nice place and this worked out excellent for our trip. Would absolutely recommend and revisit! Clean, quiet and very awesome scenery.

House in the lake

Very good stay in this house , very comfortable and clean, but need to improve outside the house cleaning and organizing . The place is quiet and the lake is beautiful but if you want to swim you need to go to another location near there.

Nice quiet stay

The house was perfect for our family including kids 1 and 3. We loved the view of the lake. The location was perfect for us. We wanted a quiet stay, but still be close enough to the things we wanted to do. Niagara Falls was close enough for a day trip. Hamlin Beach State Park (kids loved the beach and playgrounds) was 15 mins away and Walmart and several restaurants were 15-20 mins away for our food needs. We also liked that one of the bedrooms had extra beds for the kids.

Amazing place!

This is my third time staying at Easy Breezy!! The place is amazing. Stocked up with the necessities so less to pack. Arrived to some cold beverages in the fridge from the owner. Fishing was Fanta as always. Thanks Lisa and we will be back next year. Tom and crew

Comfy and enjoyable

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was comfortable and well-equipped for our time there. We really loved having fires in the backyard, watching ships on the lake, and playing Kan-Jam in the yard. We would definitely love to come back in the future!

Comfortable cottage with great view

Comfortable (except bunks), clean inside with many amenities. Great location with lake view and close to boat launch and good local restaurant. Two full baths were great was we were two couples. Washer and dryer came in handy. Kitchen very well equipped.

Quaint Cabin Right on the Water

Absolutely a beautiful property with a spectacular view whether it's from the master suite balcony upstairs or the porch deck downstairs. If you turn the TV on you'll miss the tranquility and the quaint ambiance so keep it off. The hosts communicated perfectly through the whole process. This is a perfect spot to unwind from the hustle and bustle of life. Oh, yeah...I'll be back!

Beautiful sunrises!

What a wonderful getaway cottage! The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome -- we almost felt like we were visiting relatives! Take advantage of the early morning sunrises over the lake and get your camera ready. Unbelievably beautiful!!

Great Cottage!

We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable cottage on Lake Ontario! Lisa and Justin are great hosts and were very easy to communicate with. When we arrived we found a hand written note welcoming us and a cold bottle of wine. What a great touch!! We hope to return during warmer months.

Three old friends away for a long weekend. Many extras, condiments, towels, binoculars, etc. WONDERFUL! Nice to have 2 full baths, spent alot of time on the deck watching the boats and swans! Would recommend.

Great place and great location!

We had a great stay for our group fishing trip in November. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for our group of 6 guys. We would have liked to have had TV to watch some college football but the case of beer left in the fridge for our group made up for it! Thank you for that!!! We will defiantly be staying here again if we do another trip. Thanks for a great place in a great location!

Lovely and cool

We thoroughly enjoyed the cool breezes off the lake and watching the different birds on and off the lake. Appreciated all the supplies, especially the kitchen scissors. I would recommend the Boone and Crockett Riverside Cafe for breakfast—eating on a covered porch looking over the marina. You could walk there! We were 2nd time guests!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at your home. We had a very relaxing few days. Loved being out by the water and the calmness. Beds were comfortable. Great to have two bathrooms. Kitchen and all the utensils were great. Plenty of pots and pans. We cooked in house every night. We definitely appreciated the fans and in room air conditioner as it was “hot” while we were there. Lisa was great work with and was always responsive to answer my questions. Thank you for the s’mores for the fire. That was a nice welcome gift.

Perfect for relaxing and fishing

A VERY nicely decorated and remodelled cottage. The breeze off the water was more than enough to keep the interior cool and comfortable. It was nice to stay somewhere that kept a lot of food and toiletry essentials stocked. The large tv was a perfect when you just wanted to nap after an early fishing day. Our marina was 2 min down the road which was great. Full size washing machine and dryer helped in that not a lot of luggage needed to be packed. Playing cards with the kids on the back deck in the evening was perfect. Only wish (tho not necessary) would have been a more accessable shoreline. Rocks and weeds are abundant. Thank you so much for a wondeful stay.

A Fantastic stay on beautiful Lake Ontario

The cottage was everything we wanted it to be. Seven of us traveled in from different states to gather for a weekend centered around a burial service for our Mom/Grandma. With 4 beds and two full bathrooms, the house was just what we needed. Our "home base" for the weekend was just great. The back patio overlooked the lake and we saw some beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There was also an upstairs patio off of the master bedroom; this made for great viewing, also. With a working grill and full kitchen we had everything we needed for the times that we didn't eat out. There was at least 3 restaurants within a short walking distance that we enjoyed, also, and a lighthouse and some jetties that we walked to for sunset viewing. Our hosts were accommodating and responsive and we appreciated their hospitality. This was an emotional weekend and was anchored by our stay all together at the cottage. We told stories and shared a few laughs and hung out freely both inside and outside of the cottage. I would love a chance to come back again and maybe even sneak in some fishing. David

Amazing Views!

My family just returned from our vacation at the cottage and it was fantastic! My kids loved skipping rocks and fishing. The views were incredible from all parts of the cottage and that combined with the breeze that blows through the house really did make it the perfect lake retreat. We enjoyed cooking out and eating meals on the deck while watching the sunset. The drive into Rochester where we visited the Strong Museum (the best children's museum we'be been to in all of our travels ) was easy. The surrounding cities were cute with farms, fresh produce, ice cream and some really interesting historical buildings (if you like history make sure you visit the cobblestone society for a tour. Al our tour guide was so kind and knowledgable. Awesome tour! ) Very charming location. We had a great time! LIsa was a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home.

Property is very old and desperately needs TLC and deep cleaning. Dusty windows and balcony covered with web and dried insects. Very old bathrooms Lake is not accessible from the property. Unsafe BBQ . I wish I can post real photos to show the property condition Pros - Easy check-in and communication with property manager; - View of lake Ontario - Short drive to many parks, beaches , farms and wineries - Clean linens, bathrooms and kitchen appliances Cons - No access to the water for swimming or kayaking from the property - Original windows had not been cleaned for years - Mold on kitchen dish dry rack - Dusty light fixtures ( like serious dust –years old)

Dirty filthy moldy cottage, just don't stay here!

While this cottage initially presented ok, there were many problems that emerged. 1. Heavy mold smell covered up by heavy perfumed cleaners. My asthma does not lie when there is mold present! 2.Both toilets' were wobbly. 3.Many of the windows were covered in filth and bugs and spiders! Unable to even open the windows to let fresh air in. 4.Bath anti slip matt in upstairs bathroom was just gross and moldy. As was the floor in the master bath. 5. Frying pan provided, nonstick pan, and there was only one, was badly scratched and unusable. 6. The entire cottage is in need of a deep cleaning and much maintenance! 7. Window shades provided NO privacy! 8. Couches covered with dirty covers. 9. Master bed squeaked so badly just sitting on it and laying down and rolling over in bed. The owner said they list it as a cottage, not a lake house, is this code for dirty? We left after just two nights of the four nights booked. I was going to have a bad asthma attack if I stayed any longer! I would NOT bring my children here at all, it's NOT healthy! The owner did offer to come and clean, after I contacted her, but who wants to watch owners clean when you are supposed to be on vacation? They should have cleaned their cottage, BEFORE clients arrive! Do yourself a favor and skip this place!

When I was a little girl I remember looking at my Grandma's black-and-white photo album and seeing pictures of a cottage her family owned. It seemed like it was so much fun. I never got to see her cottage firsthand, but it made me think about how I wanted to create great memories with my own family someday at a cottage like that. That someday happened when we bought this place.

Why they chose this property

We love the water so finding a place on the water was key. It took us a while to find it, but we took about 3 steps into the property and knew that it was the lake house of our dreams. We chose this area because it's such a prime fishing location. My husband is a terrific fisherman - he once caught a fish THIS BIG...well, you probably know how that story goes :-) It was also important for us to find a house that was safe for small children and had enough interesting events and attractions nearby to keep them content as well. Most of all, we just wanted a place to unwind and enjoy with family and friends.
