About this property

Our spacious, 4900 sq. ft. home on a quiet culdesac is just minutes away from Beaver Stadium, the PSU campus and downtown State College. Each of our four bedrooms has its own bathroom! Finished basement includes full bath and extra kitchen. Four flat screen tv's, dvd/blue ray players, shuffleboard, ping-pong table, Wi-Fi, gas grill, jacuzzi tub.

With a view of Beaver Stadium from the front yard, and a straight drive to downtown State College, you can't beat the location! Enjoy the massive deck and gaze at the stars while sitting in the hot tub! Perfect for large groups!

*House sleeps 8, but maximum occupancy is 12 as there are several couches and plenty of room for air matresses. A $50/night fee will be charged for any number of guests over 8.

*For those with allergies, please note that we have two dogs that have full reign of our home.

Magnificent home

We enjoyed our stay at this magnificent property during graduation weekend. The home is absolutely spotless and extremely well maintained. The home was perfect for our family of 8 including grandparents and the owners were very easy to work with! We would definitely stay at this property again

College football game

Beautiful, roomy home that accommodated our group for our college football game with Penn State. Very close to the stadium and town. The owner responded quickly with any questions. The only negative was the late check in. It would have been nice since we were in town early to be able to check in earlier than 6p.
